Just FYI over time, the labels get's stuck a lot. I have two, both just used for printing shipping label, and both have the same issue over time. I've reached out to support and they told me to decrease the darkness level, (it didn't work). I've cleaned the black roller and it does the job temporarily and after a few weeks of usage it happens again. Has anyone experienced this as well?
3 years now and this printer has been junk! Constantly jams up, doesn't print straight, and the quality is horrible. Been through customer service tons of times and the response is good, but the problems don't get solved. Definitely worth going with a better brand.

I want a thermal printer for shipping, but would be great to repurpose it a couple times by throwing in regular receipt paper? Curious what happens (amazon doesn't show the best regular receipt printers and ideally id get 2 for one).
Combined with the optional external label holder, this printer takes up a lot of desk space. The Toshiba BV410D would be a good choice because the roll of labels labels fits inside the compact body of the printer.

Idk if this is something you’ve looked into, but make sure you’re changing the paper size in the print pop up on your computer. The printer automatically detects the paper size, but it doesn’t adjust your computer settings… just something to check, I forget all the time

No thermal printer will print in color. It is a laser that burns the paper that makes it black and white. Expensive printer price initially but you save a lot in ink savings and paper savings.
Could be label quality. I’ve bought some very cheap labels on Amazon & have had this issue, never had an issue with higher quality labels.. just my experience though
I sell on a platform that sends me shipping labels in PDF format. How easy is it to reformat a shipping label from a 8.5x11 size PDF file to fit into this 4x6 size thermal printer? Thanks!

Rollo sent me a piece of junk! I do not recommend this printer. Connection has never been stable since getting it and needs resetting every use!!!!!!!! Support is there but they only exist to read you the steps to reset it and do not acknowledge that you have a piece of garbage. They act like it is completely normal to have to go through support and the entire reset process… just to print one thing. and it isn’t just resetting the Rollo. You have to reset your router, internet, computer and phone. A working product ready for the market shouldn’t require that!!! It’s obviously I got a piece of junk. I’m in the process of going through “warranty”. I wish I just got a different printer instead of going for this “best” printer. I got it cause it was supposed to be fancier with the wireless. But I have learned my lesson and sharing it here so anyone considering this will think twice! You are not just investing your money but also hours and hours of your time to maintenance this thing!!!!!! I thought I was investing money to save some time and make it easy to label packages but nope! Complete opposite. I have become an expert in how to reset and reconnect this thing!

my rollo sucks. the label sticks to the print head right at the beginning or end of the print. it only works if I can pull on the edge of the label.

You may need to adjust the density. The heat from the printhead is melting the label just enough to make it stick.
