I think what is best about Anatoly's videos is just how wholesome and positive he is. He's not trying to make a fool out of anyone, not trying to embarrass anyone, just a fun underdog video of people not expecting a small framed person to be able to lift so much weight. The expressions on everyone is the best!

Yeah I don't really like cringy stuff. I thought Anatoly was kinda cringy but the more I have watched him the more I have like him. He is respectable to everyone in the gym. Good harmless pranks and not this over the top pranks that get people killed or seriously injured.
He definitely humbles people.
I used to get the same reaction when I started going to the gym but I wasn't faking my age. I remember hearing a blustering young dynamo much bigger than me remark to his buddy he was going home, after watching me on the leg press. I also outdid him on the chest press in time.

There are cases when the sport already goes beyond the limits, for example, a girl lifts a huge weight, twice her own, the muscles are capable of this, but the skeleton can no longer withstand it. A broken leg is one thing, but how does she wear out her body during all the training.
Well yeah i'd hope so. My only thing is that he mentions she has a back injury which would make anyone concerned and worried.

so here s the thing.. i am 175 lbs (give or take) and do 315 lbs squats (3 plates a side).. not much but i am just getting back to squats after almost a 1+ yr hiatus (PB - 425 lbs).. this just motivates to hit the gym with a vengeance.. insane pound for pound power you guys have.. much RESPECT!!!
