Thanks for sharing. I was planning on pay $170 a Wood Craft shop filter. Your process seems very interesting because their filters are more expensive than the ones for a shop made filter.

What''s the Merv rating on those filters? The look like Merv 1. To catch the truly harmful dust particles (o.5 microns and smaller, you need Merv 12 or better.

Enjoyed your video. My shop has probably 12k cf, I figure I would need a 1200 cfm fan. Finding a box fan that moves that much is probably gonna be hard. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks for your videos I do enjoy them.

Nice design and build. Do three filters in front really do any better than two? And why place an air filter behind the fan?

It might be a bit of over kill but after using it for awhile I noticed a little bit of dust on the filter on the exhaust side.

Nice job. I see you have the honeywell FPR 10 in the one exhaust slot. Would you kindly let me know what filters you have in the 3 intake slots? I looked in the plans and didn’t see them spec’d. Thanks for the free plans by the way!

Currently my air filter is in storage but what I can tell you is they are low grade filters (kind of like plastic wire mesh). Thanks for watching.

Obviously safety is not an issue in your shop. He was pointing that Brad nailer right back at his chest and shooting it into the wood. One time for something to go wrong and there’s a hollow spot and everything. And that shoots right into his heart.

What type of air filter - I saw one 3m but were they all 3M?

When I made that Shop Build Air Filter I lived up in north Georgia. I now live near Savannah trying to build a house while living in a camper trailer. All of my woodworking tools and the air filter is in storage. All I can remember are 3 inexpensive filters on the inlet and a high quality on the outlet. Hope this helps.

Building this to keep room clean while I pour bar top epoxy on a table I just completed. I almost purchased a filter system but this is a much better price! Thank You!
