When i play the half zero (sorry i dont know the notes) it sounds really bad. Can somebody give me a few tips?

It's different in every recorder, but 2 things that might help:
For high pitch notes you need to blow "fast". Not necessarily strong, but the air should have higher pressure. You get this by blowing with the lips more closed.
A second thing is to experiment with the pinch. Some notes like the E' can be played with a very open pinch, even with the hole fully open. Others like F', A', and B' need the hole to barely have an opening. Try it over and over until you find the sweet spot and build the muscle memory to find it in the first try when changing notes.
