Yes, last few years I made up my mind that Florida, Ft. Lauderdale to Miami or in between is my next home and I'll just rent out my home here in Washington, DC. Though we don't get lots of snow compared to New York, Ohio, Boston and other upper north eastern states, we do get the freezing cold, sleet, cold cold rain and some snow to actual snow storms (every few years). But I'm just tired of the cold 🥶 and want tropical weather and no snow, ice or sleet. But 20 million moved to Florida in the past three years?!?! Whoa! 😏
