This is Plagal First mode with flat Ζω and flat Βου. The ison is on flat Ζω which gives it a nice flavor. There is another Doxology Murr wrote which sounds similar that I think you are referring to, but is different in it’s dynamics. It is referred to as Grave mode Enharmonios. The main difference between this Doxology and Grave mode Enharmonios is that the base note of the former is Πα, whereas the base note of the ladder is Ζω.
Michael, do you have an online source for the Great Doxology in Greek? Not a recording but the text itself? My parish does not have a copy as we use either Arabic or English mostly, and I cannot find one in Greek online.

Yup, basically enharmonic tuning, but with emphasis on the third scale degree (Phrygian mode in western music)
