What a fairytale engagement! Even though the relationship didn’t work out, the memories of this night will last the two of these beautiful souls a lifetime. I’m a sucker for love, what can I say! ❤️🙏🌍
Hard to say, but probably. Dated 3 months, engaged, 6 months later got married (so 9 months of dating), 6 months after marriage started divorce... tried reconciliation for a couple months like a year later, didn't work.
so odd how I decided to look for a video of Colton wed/proposal and this one has only 4 comments, 3 of which were from this week alone... all of the sudden is this happening? lol I can't believe they got divorced so soon, they looked so in loved :(
61 gay guy here. There are practical reasons why a 20 year age gap between best friends/romantic partners is unwise. The older person is more likely to get sick, become disabled, lose their looks and get out of shape(as most do) and become a liability for the younger person, who is still strong and healthy. In essence, the younger partner becomes the caretaker and is overly burdened by the unexpected role. This likely possibility is not superficial or trivial...it's very practical and important.
Eh... there is a 17 year age gap here and your points about age-gap relationships are important considerations BUT I think the big thing here in this relationship is, unfortunately, they went way too fast. They were engaged after 3 months of dating - and meeting- then married 6 months after that. When you consider Colton and Jeff are Hollywood types who are probably traveling all over the country (if not world) for work, I really don't know how much time they actually ever "lived" together, and probably didn't do so until after they were married. And that's when the problems started, then there was the divorce 6 months later. It's going to be a year with my partner in a month. "Engagement" isn't out of the question (I'd probably say yes, but am not in a rush to ask) but it's common sense for us to live together for a while before we tie the knot. There are all kinds of considerations (who cooks, keeping things tidy, taking care of pets/kids, the laundry, getting on each other's nerves etc) the romance industrial complex kind of glosses over. While I've seen it work, I wouldn't advise people to tie the knot until they've cohabited a while. That's when you know who a person really is.
I'm just like him, start crying then I can't stop😅 he is so cute, but too young for marriage. I don't like proposal or big weddings is a waste of money and time and people Change specially actors they are dating a different person every tv show, and he is so handsome he should stay away from compromised for a while. I hope they still be friends. 😒
They had everything...except the inclination to make things work. Relationships take effort. They are not fairy tales. There will be bad times as well as good. If love exists then it's worth battling through the bad...but it takes work. Fight for what you love.
Judgey. We don't know what goes on behind closed doors. If I were to venture a guess, I'd say they moved too fast (engaged after 3 months, wed 6 months later).
Sind sie noch verheiratet. Ich habe so was schönes selten gesehen. Halten denn solche Ehen auch lange? Habe gehört das sie schneller wieder getrennt sind. Die beiden sehen so gut aus. Schade das sie der Frauenwelt nicht zur Verfügung stehen
Well, listen to agony uncle Robert lol. You guys never give your relationships time to grow! first argument and you leave! Come on guys a marriage is a partnership you need to work at it! Tut Tut, grow a pair lol.
LMAOO you're so wrong in many levels. first of all, its not only gay men, or do u realize how Homophobic you sound. Straight couples get engage and divorced too. You call this obsessed when straight couples literally engaged in a grand gesture too and divorce like, 7 months later LOL. Plus, they only did what they thought was right at the moment. You can't judge them without being in their perspective. Baby, who hurt you? Who hurt you so bad that you turned so bitter and gray 😐
Nothing to do with being gay or straight. Men and women do this all the freakin' time. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. But you do it very publicly. And you're also a celebrity and wealthy. So it turns out embarrassing. But probably not nearly as embarrassing as Kim Kardashian's thing with that basketball player or Britney Spears vegas 48 hour thing.
WHY AM I SEEING THIS AFTER LIKE 2 YEARS AFTER THEY LITERALLY BROKE UP😭😭😭
Omg same
Kweens
Same, and now I’m fucking crying again 😭

Wow. Too much activity. Not enough intimacy?
Gay men have developed an obsession with getting engaged.Try finding the right person first.
