The mod for the op character from the start is great. I use it for my qunari mage. Since he’s been with a mercenary company for years, he’s obviously going to know more than 2 spells from the start
I think my most needed mod is the No Fall Damage mod, because I'm constantly jumping off shit. These all look great, though- I'll have to install some! Especially the specialization one!
@@ItsJustTeddington Yeah, it is fun. Much more realistic I think, than just have the material materialize in your pocket just by looking at it, don't you think?
Wait, you went through a concise useful description of each mod without bloating this video into 40 minutes? This is an incredible find, and sent me searching through your other videos!
**cries in Playstation 4** As an aside, I literally just began replaying this game today. I was as thoroughly underwhelmed by the character creation as I was the first go round until I got to the third cutscene and was like “hey my dude looks EXACTLY like Chris Pine”. So now I’m uncomfortably attracted to my sarcastic, Chris Pine lookalike Inquisitor.
God, i've played more than 300 hrs and i still want to go back everytime, DA always feels like home. Love to mod the hell out of this game but i never tried the unlock and change spec, thank you so much!! also what hair and outfit mod is that, your inquisitor is gorgeous!
The No Waiting mod breaks one of the DLCs, or it did the last time I used it. It would prevent me from being able to go down into the deep roads in the Decent dlc.
I've just gotten back to this game, so many playthroughs, just reached trespasser with my character who ends up being the same dude with different hair all the time.
!!! banter mod! coming from Dragon's Dogma and FFXV i'm used to having very loud party members and DAI was infuriating, sometimes I'd go afk and leave the game in the background just to maybe catch them speak, why they gotta be so shy...I had to learn most things about them from obscure reddits and friends' screenshots and freaking urban legends....this mod IS a game changer, and so happy to see this activity so many years later
I went into this thinking, OK I'll go in and pick out a few mods that I'll need, but no, all 7 of these are wonderful, useful, and not game breaking, 10/10 video
more banter saved my whole play through. I got a bug early on where my companions completely stopped talking while out and about. This mod is only thing that fixed it.
Another MUST-HAVE mod is the Enhanced Camera mod, which'll greatly increase camera zoom and change the default angle from centered to over-the-shoulder. It's meant to simulate the closeness and camera angle of games like Skyrim and Mass Effect.
Ah, i love this game. 5 years later and still a masterpiece. Well, to some extent. 5 years later and the mage-templar civil war is still too short, but oh well. This list does make me think "oh damn, i had a playthrough i started last year and got 1 DLC left to go before starting a new playthrough". Nice video!
I have a question. Whenever I start the game via Frosty Manager, I don't see the things that the Mod Unlock and change Specializations add. If you start it normally without the Frosty Manager, I see you. I use Frosty and Dai Mods.
I have...a bunch of mods for this game. It's an even split between making the game less of a hassle (zero time War Tables, get all schematics incl. DLC ones and Tier 4 materials for cheap at Val Royeaux, inventory space increased to 5,000) and making my Inquisitor look pretty (hair mods, eye color mods, makeup and skin tone mods).
Girl,u must be a journalist or some kind of commentator or work on tv or SLT!You have so cute voice and perfect diction.I just love to hear you. Oh...what im talking about... Oh yeah, thank u for video, useful.GL!
A mod that would help a lot would be an action that when you press a key companions would gather nearby resources. Or at least, on the tatical camera mod, when you make the companion interact with an item, they do it without having to be with this character highlighted. Looting is timing consuminng as heck
I think it would be a good idea to update Inquisition, and maybe Origins and DA2, with another mod video. It's been over a year, and those types of videos really hit the algorithm hard. On top of that, you are pretty much the matriarch of the Dragon Age mod community on TH-cam.
I'm glad I stumbled across this! I spent the entirety of high school modding RPGs like New Vegas, but didn't realize Dragon Age had a healthy modding scene. Thanks for covering this so many years after the game's release
I have no idea why I got this in my recommended, but hey, I'm not complaining. I have to admit I completely forgot that I wanted to play this game but now you got me to install it again + these mods. Just finished Dragon Age Origins + DLC a short while back. Gonna skip DA: II because I've already finished it like a dozen times and it's not worth it now that you got me hooked on playing DA Inquisition again.

I play Inquisition on PS4 but these are very cool. Glad to see others who are still obsessively playing this game.
Oh my, dragon age Inquisition in 2019, the best game i've ever played.
I didn’t know about the sliders mod. I’ll download it tonight! Thank you!!!!!
Never used mods to the game. I love it the way it is. :)
Yes I totally love the anorexic elves too👍and hideous female hairstyles.
@@mythicmars4848 Don't forget about waiting a half hour just to go continue companion quests
@@richardlont4480 What about having to go through a 3 second animation just to gather materials? FUN!
@@ItsJustTeddington Yeah, it is fun. Much more realistic I think, than just have the material materialize in your pocket just by looking at it, don't you think?
@@mythicmars4848 Aesthetic mods... maybe. I used some in origins, but not in DAI.
Wait, you went through a concise useful description of each mod without bloating this video into 40 minutes? This is an incredible find, and sent me searching through your other videos!
Glad to say all of these have been on my modlist as long as I can remember
I've played this game, even though it has been in my library for years.
After watching this video, I will definitely start a playthrough.
**cries in Playstation 4**
As an aside, I literally just began replaying this game today.
Just found your content recently and I am really liking your choice and range of games. Keep it up!
Looks like I’m playing dragon age again, damn TH-cam recommendations. But also great video
I've got it installed and I can use all the DLCs just fine
I actually just started a brand new playthrough of DA:I after pushing through DA:O/Awakening, and DA2 stuff.
So I'll have to use these for sure!
Thank you for reviewing my mods! :D
Thank you so much for making them!!!!!
Holy hell, I can't believe people still use my crap 4 years later.
Thanks for the video post and short intro :)
more banter saved my whole play through.
That banter mod would have been so great for my first playthrough. It almost NEVER triggered for me the first run through and it was infuriating
You sound like Dagna....and I love it!
This game wont let you go! Thanks for the content.
I'm about to play DAI for the 4th time so I'll have to check these out!
Damn.. I must get new gpu... xD So much to play.. Aaand.. I LOVE your voice! This is one of the reasons I subbed :D
I have only played DAI unmodded but these sound quite nice. I love Inquisition a lot and enjoy 98% of that game so these mods would be quite welcome.
Awesome vid. Thank you!
I'm just glad people are enjoying this game still recently.
Same!!
Nice video!
Your mic/voice quality is really good. Now I need to play this game for like the 8th time lol. This time with mods.
Just picked up DAI on sale after a few years not playing it and holy fuck did I need this video
Girl,u must be a
journalist or some kind of commentator or work on tv or SLT!You have so cute voice and perfect diction.I just love to hear you.
Oh...what im talking about...
Oh yeah,thank u for video,useful.GL!
I also love the over the shoulder camera mod and the mod that removes gender restrictions for romance .. It's awsome
A mod that would help a lot would be an action that when you press a key companions would gather nearby resources. Or at least, on the tatical camera mod, when you make the companion interact with an item, they do it without having to be with this character highlighted. Looting is timing consuminng as heck
I appreciate this love for the game and the time to show they off
I'm thinking about buying it! Seems like my type of game
thanks for making this video love dragon age mods look cool
I think I'm about to reinstall DA:I, thank you I loved this
I think it would be a good idea to update Inquisition, and maybe Origins and DA2, with another mod video.
It's been over a year, and those types of videos really hit the algorithm hard. On top of that, you are pretty much the matriarch of the Dragon Age mod community on TH-cam.
I appreciate the input! Those videos normally go out around DA day to celebrate it!
@@FoodThenGames Oh, I see now! Aww, that makes it pretty special then.
Thank you for responding.
