      @@jokiejoke1shop for a small camper lately? You pay more for small unfortunately, but lots of people don’t want a 24ft camper. I spent 25 on something similar. Hell a pickup cap with a built in roof tent that pops up is 9k. There is a cargo trailer with a tent that pops out for 15k. 🤷🏻‍♂️

      That’s msrp tho. The RV industry still plays that guessing game on the real price. Probably can get at least 30% off msrp. My local dears advertise a min of 25% discount on all their new inventory. That’s the norm. Sometimes I see 40% off.

    Great little camper. I bought a 2018 model without the bathroom. Lifted it 4-1/2 inches, installed 15 inch and wide tires, extended the fenders, installed mud flaps, added a shower awning on the drivers side and a 180 batwing on the passenger side, shortened a lower cabinet and made a nice permanent bed.
    Next I'll add 2 - 100 watt solar panels on the roof and increase the fresh water capacity from 11 gallons to 20 gallons.
    It's turning into the a bas a** tiny off grid adventure rig without having to crawl through a little teardrop doggy door!

    I'm often at a loss for where the bedding is expected to be stored during the day while it acts as a table. Also, wish they would have had the screens come down from the top so I could keep them open while providing more privacy toward the bottom. Nicely done tour.

      The forward section of the dinette/bed has storage underneath. I'd get a memory foam or feather bed with a zip on washable cover then roll up the bedding and put it in the storage locker. In reality I'd leave the bed set up most of the time because I cook, eat and spend time outside unless it's pouring rain.

    For the size it's really nice ,I'd say it's 85percent perfect , but not quite worth $30,000.00 . This is the best I've seen in the small version . The cassette toilet , the antenna and the new kind of interior wood replacement thingy , so super and smart . Its so small I was thinking that you could even pull it w a car . How futuristic is that idea . you might want to think about adding a mini wood stove right at the door and a mini portable dish washer . You can always get wood for fire if you can't get anything else and who in the world wants to ever wash dishes. This business has never ending possibilities . That why I always watch . You were very good at showing this camper. thank you sir.

    • @debsimon6232

    • @sarahunlimited7352
      @sarahunlimited7352 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@debsimon6232 you use less water by using a dish washer, do your reasearch . I'm probably the best dishwasher there is . I've been washing dishes since I was 7yrsold . One of Best thing they ever invented is a dish washer . Even the Flintstones had a dishwasher. RV and trailer people have a lot to do not mention finding a place to park every day or night . Who has got time for dishes . A lot of extra cleaning goes into living that life. You might as well stay at home.They do have the nice boxed sized portable dishwasher.

    • @debsimon6232
      @debsimon6232 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sarahunlimited7352 Well, I never leave the water run the whole time like I see alot of folks do. When I rinse that hot water goes into the sink I'm washing out of. We've been careful with water on this farm as long as I can remember, 63 years. When it doesn't rain and your cistern doesn't fill with soft water you learn to conserve. Do your own research, not everyone is stupid about how to wash dishes with limited resources. I take that dish water out to the hostas and young
      trees spring through fall. 100% return. From the ground, used and returned in a way to benefit those plants.

    Nice job Josh, just an FYI on the windows you should not use the latch in the narrow open position when towing. The wind can catch the window and damage it. I've seen video's on trailers with these windows and they always say close completely when traveling. For a new salesmen your video's are well done and you have a smooth delivery. If you hadn't said you were new to RVs I would've thought you had 3+ years of experience.

    Good video. These are decent little campers. At $29k (plus) to $32K (ST) I think they are a bit pricey. I would opt for the Plus model. I know there are benefits; however, a full bath in a small camper is not how I would choose to use the space. The option of the cassette toilet in the Plus gives you the ability to Boondockers Welcome, Wal-mart, Crackerbarrel camp/overnight and doesn't cause you to loose a bunch of space for the bathroom.

Randy Jones also sales all types of tiny homes on his land in Tennessee. The space rent is only $ 200.00 a month. Nice job Justin. I've been in sales for over 35 years. Maybe a little different than other competitors that is meaningful to the demographic that you are trying to appeal to. Who is your typical customer for the type of trailer that you are showing? Do they want specs? (How much water does it hold? What will the batteries run? Sell the dream (sell the sizzle not the steak). "Think about
    how nice it will be to look out these double pane windows at a green forest with the smell of fresh pine needles and your campfire just a little ways from your adventure trailer." Try to tie the featureo of the trailer / rv to a happy setting. "How nice to be protected from the rain by this quality awning while you sit comfortably speaking with your granddaughter on the phone." End each segment with the featured trailer attached to your pick-up truck and you slowly driving by and you waving at your audience while you say "Thank for being here with me today! I'll see you on the next episode of Justin's Adventure Wheels!" Decide what makes your brand. Don't be afraid to fail and learn. It's obvious you are an intelligent young man that is going places. Have fun with it.

      Ron, thats exactly the kind of talk that we DON'T want. People watching these videos don't need to be told the purpose of a window. We do want to know what makes your window different but don't BS me with pine needle smell. We do however want specs because most of us are comparing this to other trailers. Just a screenshot of the spec sheet will do for most of us. Also tell me why I would want a cassette toilet. Since that's kind of new to the US market it's valid to explain it. Also people in the comments are talking about pulling this with a car. Seems to me that tongue weight is important.

      Hi Eadie! First, thank you for watching! 2nd, thank you for your kind words! 3rd, some but not much... i'll be sure to show that the next time I do a video! under the right seat cushion is where your water heater/ fresh water tank is located, and under the left seat cushion is where many of youer electrical items are!

    I’m considering downsizing from a 30’ tow trailer yet retain some comfort and amenities. This trailer checks the boxes except lack of an oven or microwave. I really like the attached awning and 3 season camping capability. That’s what I’m looking for Pacific Northwest camping. A bit of sticker shock but it looks to be a quality product. Thanks for the tour.

    Can't complain if I can get one like this. And as another person stated. It might help both, your customers getting affordable camper/trailer and you can have a bigger production. How about make it $20K? If so, I am sure you can beat up the tiny house business in no time.

    Placement of the fire extinguisher at the back of the stove is unhandy should you have a stove fire. I would def move it asap.

    Crazy to put the FIRE EXTINGUISHER behind the most likely place for a fire to start, on the stovetop

    Is this camper just for a weekend? where do you store the bedding and there is not a lot room for food or clothes, but at least the American manufacturers are catching up with us Europeans with gas filled duel pane windows and cassette toilets which can be emptied in any truck stops, vault toilets ect without having to go to a dedicated dump station.

    Very cool design, and I like all the amenities for such a small camper. But $30k?! NFW. The latest “trend” seems to be the smaller they are the more expensive they are. Makes no sense. I’ll buy a bigger travel trailer and pay less.

    The price of these things keep them out of reach for the average person. I wish we could see more good quality trailers for a reasonable price.. around 8k to 15k would be good

      I just purchased a 7x14 enclosed trailer the end of last summer and it was 10.5k. With all the amenities added It still should be no more then 17-18k. I'm gonna add some basic amenities in the v nose so I can still haul a few atvs and camp in a tent. Carry a nice big air mattress to throw on the trailer floor for those rainy nights.
