    I believe that tea ceremony if done right can bring you in a meditative state in which you will enjoy drinking the tea much more. Awareness always make you really enjoy things.
    Thank you for all the videos Haiying.

    I love your perspective on things. Thank you so much for sharing with us! I'd love to see a video where you explain what types of teas you drink and why. For example, maybe you drink one kind of tea to boost your energy, another kind to help digestion, another kind to calm you, etc...

    Hello Dear Haiying, I truly enjoyed your trip to Taiwan ✨ Music, and all the little places you showed us! Very unique and peaceful,I loved the lovely store you showed at the end 🌸 I almost felt like I could smell the pretty cream and lotion 🧴! I had surgery last week and this is so calming to my heart.. Thank you Dear Haiying 🕊

    I don't know if you'll see this comment but my father was in the Air Force. We were stationed in Taipei, Taiwan. I was a small child but I have many memories!!!

    I love these teas and have drunk them for many years. Recently I purchased Iron Buddha tea but I never knew the story. Thank you so much for sharing the information and making the tea properly.

    I so appreciate learning about all the different kinds of tea and how tea is produced! The caramelization you're talking about is called the Maillard reaction--my favorite food science term. Thank you for helping me manage my stress during the end of the semester. 🙂

    I know this is an older video, but I just watched it for the first time tonight and I have to admit, my favorite part was towards the end with your life lessons speech about not stressing over the little things. I seem to do this so much. When something little happens to me I often allow it to explode into something much larger than it really is. And I find that I use so much of my energy being upset that I'm missing out on the good things that come my way. You are a great motivational speaker.

    • @yanghaiying
      @yanghaiying  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Let me guess, you did not have many things to do at that time. Or, you had too many things to do that you lost direction and priority. Motional explosion was the easiest way to release pressure so you took that short cut. Do I make sense? Anyway, I hope this did not offend you. At least we learn from our regrets and we improve. Great chatting with you.

    Tea and GuGu we are so fortunate!
    My husbands favourite any style of tea is iron goodness. The the tan tin kinda like that flavour. Rich and milky. Also is www.rosehouse.com where I can order it from?

      That is the right website but I do not know about how it works to ship to USA. It only mentioned that there will be charge for international shipping.

      台灣金萱茶,台灣鐵觀音, These are the words on the packaging. However, you can search these keywords if you buy it in your own preferred tea shop: Tieguanyin oolong, Jinxuan oolong.
