You have helped me understand concepts and technique that have confused me in the past. You are a beautiful dancer, and I can see exactly how the shoulders, hips, feet and arms coordinate with each movement. Your videos allow me to rewind and watch as many times as necessary - not something that is possible in a class. Thank You!

I think I know the hips in this school figure from International style rumba.
From LRL (1st part of basic movement), on the "4-1", the L hip moves out to L, And then on the RLR, (2nd part of basic movement) on the next "4-1", the R hip moves to the R.
This is for the leader's part.
As you know, Walter Laird was the "Latin technique guru of International style", and that includes rumba too, so I wonder if you have known about what you had learned from Walter Laird's videos here.

Nice job but the say something about the clave; it is very strong in the music you used.

      Thank you Bob!
I’m not really sure if I understand, can you please explain, what exactly would you like me to say about clave ?
      Thank you again.

@@ballroomwithalexey3951 Hey, Alexey! Great video as always! I think he meant that, because of the syncopation in the music (1 & 2 & 3 & 4 &) and the strong emphasis on the clave, some people might have difficulty with the count. I mean it might be hard for some to identify the 2 and 4 beats in the music you played. Could you do a rumba demonstration on famous pop songs such as 'Eternal Flame' by The Bangles? Thank you!
