For example, aliexpress has sticker sheets with phrases, so I open the image of this product and take a screenshot of this phrase sheet. In an image editing application (Photoshop), I cropped the screenshot to make it a more manageable size for printing on a mini printer. After printing the phrases, I cut out individual sentences with a knife.

It depends on the quality of the paper, my cheapest paper print fades after 1 year but still looks ok. I bought Peripage translucent paper and the box says the print will last 5 years.
