Thank you so much for these short lessons and explanations. They always come at the perfect time and I always open them as soon as I see them. They help me reflect on my feelings and behaviours at the time and help me to be more patient with and kind to myself and then to others. All night frustration and anger have been churning in my mind after an experience yesterday. I have worked on my emotions all night to let it go and now after listening finally I can put it to rest. It is a blessing to have kind and trustworthy teachers that appear in my life. May you live in good health and comfort, may you be happy and at peace, may your words and teaching be accessed and understood by many many beings and may the benefit of these lessons bring peace and wisdom, comfort, and generate acts of compassion for countless beings across the planet. 🙏

Please, live looong life, our dear, dear Venerable Robina. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Recently, I consciously have chosen not to blame another person for my own experience of misery and it was so empowering. You talked about this simple thing so many time, but here we are: spontaneous reaction of an absolutely different kind for my deluded mind. Thank you.

Putting aside bad habits, make the good habits easier to maintain. Like asking what you don’t like to eat opposed to what you do enjoy eating. Gets to the point easily.
    Happy New Year Venerable Courtin

This truly is excellent. So if you see the anger then there is something other than the anger so the anger cannot be you, rather you are the awareness. Does this make sense venerable robina?

Exactly right: we are NOT the anger, etc. Our pure awareness, our love and compassion, our wisdom: they are our true nature.
