    I think visions might also be limiters. There’s a Zhongli voice line that implies that visions aren’t actually needed by humans to control the elements, it’s just something humans believe. I think the natural state of humanity is closer to the traveler, who can resonate with elements without a vision, but the knowledge has been hidden from humans and replaced with the vision system to keep them on a set track.

      Yes!! Visions definitely seem to be handed out as part of a ‘system’ by Celestia. It might also be why they destroyed Khaenri’ah, bc maybe someone there discovered they truly didn’t need the gods.

    There was a guy in the komore teahouse, who lost his vision to Ayato in a duel, and didn't lose himself or his memories in fact, I'd say he acted more determined to get it back, so I think losing your vision will only have those adverse effects, if you are overreliant on it, or if yoi willingly give it away, I think it actially means that the person doesn't feel like they need their Vision to fulfill thwir ambition, take Lisa for example, she probably only uses it because it makes studying the elements easier or Hu Tao, she thinks her Vision is "meh" and wouldn't really need it for her job as funeral director, then we move on to someone like Amy, who made her Vision a part of Fischl, so to lose her vision, would likely mean losing a part of what makes Fischl Fischl.

      Lisa learned so much that she required a vision to go further in her pursuit of knowledge. I believe it started with just learning about how allogenes got their elemental powers from visions, but it turned into her trying to learn more and more about visions. The knowledge she sought for was extremely deep and to find the answers she wanted she would have to sacrifice her life.
      Hence why Lisa is lazy now. In summary, she learned to much to the point if she sought to learn more she would be dead. She knows visions come with a price but doesn't know what the price is and that scares her.

      Didn't that guy actually lose his ambition and start working for Ayato as a Kamisato guard, or something?
      That said, his memory of his ambition seemed to have remained the same, so it might be less like getting a spiritual lobotomy like the ones who had their Visions forcibly taken from them and inlaid upon the statue of Eternity/The Welkin Moon, and more him being true to his ideals and changing his ambitions naturally out of admiration for Ayato.

    If I recall, new Electro Visions haven't been granted for a year, since the Vision Hunt Decree started, and Ei says she was not aware of that fact (you can read that in her About Visions voiceline). Do we know the reason that Celestia stopped the distribution of Electro Visions overall? Was it a reaction to the decree, or something else?

    • @ChillwithAster
      @ChillwithAster  3 ปีที่แล้ว +171

      Celestia power might have a direct contact with a god's will. For example, (and this is just a theory), if celestia saw that Ei didn't want visions, they could have made the conscious decision to stop production to respect the Electro Archon's perspective on visions. Contrastingly, someone like Zhongli or Venti who aren't directly opposed to mortals having power despite they themselves no longer ruling wouldn't have the production of Geo and Anemo visions hindered.

      @theRaika 3 ปีที่แล้ว +38

      (I'm not good with lore but my theory) is that no one during that time and maybe even before the decree had an ambition close to Ei's Ideal of eternity.
      Celestia has 7 ideals, each ideals are represented by a Archon.
      Venti - Freedom or more so the hope for freedom
      Zhongli - Contracts or more so stability, a bedrock..
      Ei - Eternity, a state of unchanging.
      See the problem, living beings (I used living beings because who knows, we might get a Dog with a vision lol) are in a state of constant change, progression.
      Ei's Ideal of eternity was too high to achieve and now after the Archon quest, she is confused on her ideal of eternity which I think until she decided on another ideal, a new electro vision may never be granted.

    • @Nezxmi
      @Nezxmi 3 ปีที่แล้ว +13

      @@theRaika This isn't a bad theory, but I don't think the ideals have anything to do with Visions or Celestia, seeing as the Archons formed their ideals for personal reasons. The weird thing is that Celestia also didn't give them their elements, so honestly I don't know what being an Archon/having a Gnoses actually allows someone to do. Other than make contact with Celestia, ofc.

    The situation in which you receive a vision doesn't matter for another reason too: your fate has been preordained. That makes the "when" redundant. A person could live a full life and receive a vision only on their deathbed and that would still count. Because they were an allogene from the very beginning.

    In regards of Itto, it may be the case that his ambition is contradictory to his element while at the same time complimentary of sorts. Without going into details maybe it's like, a dichotomy of sorts where; geo users all have a set of self-imposed rules they strictly abide by. But what if Itto's self-imposed rules are to break all the rules?

  • @mulduls
    @mulduls 3 ปีที่แล้ว +87

    Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if, after you ascend to Celestia, you get locked away in their tower so you aren't a threat to them anymore. It would explain why Venti refuses to go there, because he doesn't want to be locked up and thus lose his freedom.
    As for Itto, I think he didn't lose his memories because after he lost to Sara, he gained a new ambition: Defeat her. He didn't get a new Vision, because he can only recieve one in his lifetime, but it still overrode the pain of losing his and thus he didn't suffer the side effects. Another theory is that he's part Oni and thus has certain resistances to these things... who knows?

    • @SephTheHuntress
      @SephTheHuntress ปีที่แล้ว +2

      1st part: Exactly what happened to Venessa. She was locked away in Celestia, only allowed to leave as a falcon, and not a human. She could no longer speak of what she was enduring in her prison.
      2nd part: his ambition to get it back overrode his ambition for the vision, as supported by another npc in Komore teahouse.

    Delusions are forged from parts of dead gods. Visions should be similar. They can't be forged from characters own body per se. Somebody totally would see that they lost their limb in exchange to vision. BUT there is a part of charactre that is not connected to body. Their constellation. The "irminsult" stars in a false sky. That's how visions connected to characters ambitions/passions. That's why by loosing visions characters loose parts of themselfs. But all vision-users that we have access to have 6 stars in constallation. Vision forged from one of them. So for example after after loosing one Arataki still left with 5 stars. 5/6 That's why he mostly didn't changed unlike common folks which may had one or two available to them.

    Maybe if Teyvat is supposed to be an ark or constructed world, Visions are given to those that are the entity in charge of the process believes have potential to fundamentally change its controlling system. Alternatively, maybe it's a way to find the best individuals to serve as 'fuel' to the system, and that central tower in Celestia with the cells is like a great battery.

    I felt like this is somewhat overtly stated by a few characters, especially when you and Kazuha are talking about the deactivated vision. Visions just seem to be physical embodiments of ideals, and meant to prove their worth. It can survive its user and reactivate if it finds someone with the same resonating ideal and goal. If a genshin proves themselves, they are elevated to godhood, representing the ideal of their original vision. We don't know much beyond that, but presumably even in Celestia there is further conflict as ideals challenge one another. The unknown god at least seems to be against humans ascending to whatever is happening up there. So maybe the problems in Celestia are centered around humans stirring the pot of ideals that some other faction has long since accepted as fact.

    Visions are strange and intriguing. People did seem lost without them but then there those like Itto and Diluc who didn't seem affected at all by the loss, in fact Diluc didn't have his Vision with him for at least a two years(?) before Kaeya gave it back to him at the end of the comic. The only thing I could think of is that the statue was doing something and those with oni blood like Itto are unaffected by it. Or maybe those with a strong will can overcome the side effects of being far from their Vision?
    Also this is just a minor thing, it likely has zero significance. But in the comic when Venessa ascends and walks through the gates of Celestia, why is she wearing her gladiator uniform? Is it just because they didn't have the design for her Knight uniform yet? Or some other reason? Again, its just a random detail I noticed that probably has nothing to do with the lore. Maybe they just assume the appearance they had when they first received their Vision.

      It's a theory, but it is possible that his delusion had something to do with it.
      His ideals, his sense of self itself getting blurred due to the use of a false vision, a delusion.
      His delusion could've wained his vision, thus allowing him to stay without his vision until his sense of ideal returned.

  • @cassandrawasright1481
    @cassandrawasright1481 3 ปีที่แล้ว +24

    I think the goal of visions is to direct humanity's use of the elements in a way that's non-threatening, controlled, and/or exploitable. We know that people can use the elements in other ways; Abyss Mages and the people of Tsurumi Island, for instance, use a mysterious language to control the elements directly from the ley lines. And who knows what Khaenri'ah was doing with the ley lines before they got smote. But if people think that the only way to control the elements is through visions, then Celestia can keep visions out of the hands of people who they deem a threat, use visions to keep an eye on those who can use the elements, and limit the abilities available to those that they don't deem dangerous.
    If I were to receive a vision, I think I'd want a hydro one.

    My wild hunch is that the gods in Celestia may all have been once human. Perhaps they give out visions because they want to gatekeep their power and prevent ordinary humans from so easily reaching them? There are a lot of inconsistencies with this, but it's something I think about a lot. As for visions, I would love a cryo vision. I love winter and snow and the cold. • @dumbkid4ever224
    @dumbkid4ever224 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Damn, visions are probably the most interesting things in the genshin lore in my opinion, the moment people receive it varies between something very dramatic and just another day of being boring, the element people get to wield could be random, or follow some type of ambition or it could be based on someone's personality and it's just so random, there's no pattern and if there are patterns they instantly get destroyed by something. For example, people speculate pyro allogenes to be cheery, fierce and all pyroed up, there's Amber, Yoimiya, Klee, Xingyan and Xiangling but then we have Diluc, calm, depressed and just Diluc. And in other cases the pattern aligns perfectly with the characters of the element but it also aligns with characters of other elements. Example would be Anemo, I've seen people say that the Anemo wielders are free souls that aren't truly free but that could easily apply to other characters. Xingyan? She's a free soul and she is pretty much free from everything but she also has to deal with judgements which I'm pretty sure bothers her even if she doesn't show it, maybe subconsciously because surely you can't be mentally 100% immune to anything, there's always an impact now matter how little it may be.
    In conclusion, visions are interesting to me because it doesn't have a certain pattern for there always is something to make the pattern be, well, not a pattern. Plus there hasn't been any electro visions since the visionhunt decree, if the archons don't give those out, how does the god or potentially do the gods choose which element to give the allogene? Surely that ain't a coincidence
    P.s. I'd like to have an Anemo vision, it could be very very practical and interesting. If I'm too lazy to get something I'll just let the wind carry it to me, plus there's a possibility I can move the air molecules to make sounds, tho the chances are quite slim. But I doubt I could make a whole ass song with it, air molecules are miniscule and making them bump against each other with such accuracy would be nearly impossible, so using it to annoy the fuck out of someone or make a high pitched voice to make someone go insane would probably be the limit of making sounds with an Anemo vision

    The vision hunt decree was executed to help Ei pursue eternity. This is what I often fail to understand. What connection does the vision hunt decree have with eternity? Could it be a test to see if human ambition can reach thay eternity? Could it be Ei's way of protecting her people so that they may see the eternity she's long sought after?
    And for the question at the end, I would like a pyro vision. One, because I've been playing with matches and lighters since I was a kid. Two, I want to burn down my school for reasons I will not disclose.

      If i had to make a guess :
      Ambition is such a fatal human emotion that it negates the idea of godhood. Visions = Ambitions, and Ei's actually pretty right when she said that "humans lost their lives for their ambitions", both in terms of the VHD and Delusions. So she might want to purse the stillness and 'eternal calm' by removing one of the biggest factors of irrationality and action, AKA ambition.

      @@HikariHoshino18 Could be. Honestly, no clue. But Ei's perspective is pretty accurate all things considered. If the VHD kept going on, no one "actually" got hurt, you know? The only reason people started dying and that there was conflict (IN HER PERSPECTIVE) was because humanity retaliated (Which, you know, they should) BUT objectively, taking a person's gnosis doesn't result in death. her taking it was most likely a form of vegetation and keeping humanity at a docile state. After all, ambition is key to change and action. And since eternity is closest to Celestia, it's possible that Ei believed true peace is through the "stillness" and "lawfulness" embodied in Celestia. Diona's was given hers while braving a Snow storm to save her drunken father.
      Sayu got her while on her mission. For all her Laziness. She is dedicated to the job of recon and getting back alive.
      Klee feels like a troll. Here's a kid who loved bombs so much she practically started working on them in her
      Own workshop before she was mentally 10.
      Qiqi didn't want to die and wished that she could just freeze time. As a child, a sudden death would far more strongly affect her.

    a vision is like both a blessing and a curse, to the eyes of those who do not wield visions, the people who have received visions are blessed because the gods looked upon them with great favor but to those who wield visions..some think it’s a tool, some think it’s nothing more or nothing less, some think it’s an important piece that resembles one’s ambition and some think it’s completely useless and do not show much care for it. visions; what could they serve in the eyes of a deity such as celestia?
    is this getting poetic or something? i actually started reading books again and it’s been poggers
    about the vision i would like to receive..well then i breath, can i get an anemo vision?

    I really like this theory, because it opens up a lot of other theories and opportunities. What if the vision hunt decree was really a way to test the ambition of vision users? Those who gave up their visions also lost their ambitions/memories, a metaphor for their ambitions being crushed by a god (Ei). However those who kept their visions were possible threats to celestia, because their ambitions were strong enough to withstand a god.

  • @shippingstoriesmha1605

    There's one thing that still concerns me... if ascension to Celestia and becoming a God meant losing one's ambition, how could we explain the fact that the Archons have seemingly very strong ambitions. If anything, in that retrospect, these Archons seem even more human than humans. Their dedication is extremely strong and they fight for their ideal, which in this case, could be seen as an ambition.
    This is a random thought, just to get it out there :
    If we go with the theory of the world of Teyvat being/being surrounded by the World Tree, the Yygdrasil(?), and the world being turned upside down, so the tree basically has its roots in the air....wouldn't that make ascending to Celestia close to descending into hell? The more we learn about the Archons and the Celestial Gods, the more I think that they aren't the good guys, and this would put it in an interesting way...

    Here's a theory regarding vision distribution for you. What if visions are automatically given to people who align with an archon's own ideals and ambitions. This might be an innate ability of the gnoses the Archons carry. This would also explain why no new electro visions would be given out during the Vision hunt decree. Yes Venti already explained that.
    He said that anyone who has a vision can become an immortal being.
    But it's not the Vision that makes one capable of becoming an immortal being. The vision is just a recognition or original creation by that person.
    The fact that losing a Vision changes a person means that Visions aren't GRANTED. They are created by the person themself and are an actual part of that person. If the visions were bestowed as gifts then having that gift taken back wouldn't change the person as it would be entirely external.

    I think you’re onto something regarding the amount of reliance on the vision affecting the character but I would mention Ayato along with Itto. Ayato gained his vision from a duel with its previous owner and the man was normal afterwards. Unlike Itto who is a playable character but also full of so much drive that his vision is a handy tool but ultimately inconsequential to his end goals, the guy is regular (I can’t even remember his name).
    I believe there are three aspects of owning a vision and losing it, the first is where the element is used so regularly and depended on that by stripping it away it harms the owner.
    The second is with Ayato, he won the duel fairly and seemingly lifted the burden of the ambition off of the regular guys shoulders, once free of that burden and visionless he did not suffer any negative side affects.
    And then there’s Itto (and I’d be willing to bet Keqing and Ninguang would fit here too) who has an ambition to restore the reputation of the Oni even if he has to paint himself the bad guy. His vision is useful but he would exist as rambunctious as always without it bc some things burn too brightly in our chests to be tied down to a neat ability. I mentioned Ninguang who’s entire ambition is to amass wealth to stay off the streets and predominantly care for ALL of Liyue, so much that it is her political and economic sense that makes her a terrifying opponent in Teyvat NOT her vision. Likewise Keqing and her initial disdain for her vision before accepting it as a tool, she was just as set on taking care of Liyue as she was before obtaining her vision, if she were to lose it she’d continue on just as she always has been.
    That’s not to say all playable characters would be fine if they lost their vision, I imagine Fischl would be devastated as it’s by her own power that Oz was granted life and her a good friend. Mona relies on her water manipulation for her hydromancy, Barbara would no longer be able to heal, Bennett would have a much worse time all in all.

    If I recall correctly in the manga, Vanessa had no vision when she ascended to Celestia (unless the flames around her were a sign of Pyro??) The person I feel is most closest to knowing about Vision is probably Lisa herself due to the implication or voicelines she states about them almost making it seem that having a vision is painfully dire and costly, like if the vision is used for the potential allogene to fulfill their ambition it would require that allogene to pay a hefty price in the future (which may be the person's life or loyalty to Celestia) Then again thinking about NPCs who we know gave up their Vision such as Jiangxue or those who had theirs taken away such as Tejima and the others in Inazuma, they don't seem to be actively using the elements anymore, would Celestia deem those individuals worthy anymore? (or just due to the game not allowing us to see a vision wielding NPC lol) In the Traveler's case, they are definitely a force to be taken note of because of their ability to be Visionless yet able to wield the elements, would Celestia sooner in the game come after a peculiar alien possibly bending or not submitting to the "laws of Teyvat?" and with how Yae Miko stated to the Traveler about our ambition to which we (kinda replied in a way of uncertainty?) is to find our sibling. Then does this propose that we may be getting a vision in the future (which I highly doubt due to the Traveler being an alien and despite the implications of the laws of Teyvat, we don't necessarily follow them all kind of like the traveler being bound by it but also not being held entirely by it) Lastly, if the potential allogene does become a supposed servant of Celestia (kinda like an Archon?) has the ideals of supposedly Anemo being freedom, Geo for contracts, and Inazuma for eternity changed? Has it become similar to the Archon who shall succeed the previous Archon (looking at the Kusanali Dendro Archon, maybe?) because if Benny is the Pyro Archon then the Pyro would be about Adventure of Bouken da Bouken!/j (bad joke lol ;---;) but I wonder what would happen if Vision users have already fulfilled their ambition, or maybe the Vision evolves as human ambitions evolve too until the death of their masters. Like how Kazuha's friend seemingly husked vision has been reawakened? which is like an indication that anyone with the same ambition as his dead friend can awake a seemingly masterless vision.

    I have not been playing for long, but my interpretation of visions was that they took as much as they gave, as in a person's memories and ambitions are stored in the vision as they continue to pursue their ambition. This is simply because the four people we meet who have had their visions taken and suffered memory problems, had all dedicated their lives to their ambition for many years. If it was something that got worse the longer you had your vision this would explain itto's unchanged behavior.

    The criteria to giving visions is my main question about vision theories, because great desire & willpower are traits that both pantalone and dottore have, pantalone in special has 1 for 1 ninguang's backstory but never got a vision, to be honest the desire and will to become "The heart of the world that pumps money" surelly seens bigger than becoming a qixing of Liyue.

      Honestly, there is no real criteria at the moment for Visions that can be confirmed; For example, teppei, dottore, and Pantalone who are confirmed visionless. So Yae and Thoma's claim that visions are simply ambitions are faulty (just like how mortals claim who gives visions). I'm actually as equally interested in the sponsor (cuz seriously that looks useful and cool) as the video itself.
    As far as the visions being a test gonna go with a Hard Disagree there.
    Counterpoint: Each vision does contain a set of ambitions that can synergize with the wielder. This does not always occur as we know some visions are given up.
    Here's my wild theory. The Visions are Elemental Beings that are similar to those exotic artifacts known as sentient weapons. The key to understanding them is via one's ambitions as they resonate with such desires. As they will reignite when a similar ambition resonates with them. As such desired objects they are greatly sought after and are likely to find another wielder eventually. What's their purpose? Well if you were an disembodied elemental being with strong ambitions looking to change the world what better way then to seek out a host to help influence it.
    (This was written under the pretense that Celestians are invaders of Tehvat and do not originate here to begin with)
    I would sympathize with a Geo Vision myself. After studying the wielders they seem to be best suited for public service and protection. Also I would choose a fighting monk style that didn't use weapons other then ones own body and I think the activation of the vision would manifest in both a shield and as a rippling ground quake that damaged all enemies. Aka 'The Wrath of the Rock'

    I think Celestia is not having equivalence to Monad, but either Sethian Yaldabaoth for the more insidiously controlfreak Celestia theories, or the Valentinian Craftsman (Demiurge) for the more well-intentioned but ignorant Celestia theories
    Or if we tied it to grander Mihoyoverse theories as a whole, Celestia could be Sethian version of repentant Sabaoth, a Great Archon and a child of Yaldabaoth which after seeing the strength of one of Pleroma's Angels to drag Yaldabaoth into Tartaros (Christian Inferno), sing praises to Sophia and gives ascension to powers above "the heavens of chaos" (as with Yaldabaoth and his remaining 6 children which envies Sabaoth's ascension and greater powers granted by Sophia in the 8th Heaven)
    Sabaoth in On The Origin of The World text (or Hypostasis of The Archons) also detailed to creates hosts of his own Angels and Pantheons of deities of multitude to rival Yaldabaoth and brings those who are worthy among Psychics (Ordinary Christians) or even repentant Hylics (materialists, either classified as Pagans or atheists) into Pneumatic (Spiritualists, Elects in Sethian and Valentinian Gnostic Schools) status, just like the "ascension" theories could lead to various possibilities of how Allogenes are treated
    Aether and Lumine could fit the role of human syzygies of either Adam and Eve, or Jesus and Mary Magdelene, as reflecting Christ being the wedded halve of Sophia after she's being saved and awaits those who elected to wage wars against Demiurgic figure and obliterate it's realms, adding further to the greater threat outside Tevyat with grander Mihoyoverse theories (I mean we literally got Honkai X Genshin collab here in Honkai Impact lol), but this is my personal take after having interests in "Gnosticism" after some time, as Apocryphon of John dictates The World is "neither light nor dark, but dim", which echoes through Dainsleif's mentions of how everyone in this story thinks they're doing what's right, as Honkai Impact manga also hinted of there's fundamental Principle which transcend The Honkai itself, but it has yet to be explained further

And the cost of having a vision is linked completely to the cost of immortality which is a common theme in the game (what with the corrosion arc and whatnot). Could vision & constellation relate to each others? Can celestia just- read the fate of the characters & decide which one in what time deserving their vision? For human it would feel like they were granted something as acknowledgement of ambition, since they can't read their own fate but for entity that above the rule or is the rule, it is not a surprise for them, it is what it is a cold life map of someone with many possibilities.
    That's why characters gaining vision so randomly, that's why celestia did not smite people who abandoned their vision, they supervised allogenes that have potential, in picking candidates of course there is elimination, voluntarily or by facing certain challenge. Ei, possibly don't understand what vision actually is as she does not the one giving it out nor she have one, she only know it is a symbol of great potential, crystalized form of ambition.
    This also answer why some people lost their self some not when they part with the vision: it is severing the connection to their constellation, it sever them from their fate BY FORCE (just like when you are drawing & windows just hang, so the program forced to be closed, it took important progress from you, thank god, it can be recovered!) All human in teyvat have constellation right? and in leonard's story his constellation still hold his memories & ambition, so by taking away vision it is severing human with their constellation. Some people are fine because they willingly part from it like that one komore tea house keeper that put it as part of challenge, it must be act of willingness to let your fate be rewritten, that you STEP OUT FROM BEING CANDIDATE, but... did anyone know that they can step out? no?
    When battling raiden the vision shone their owner last wish when parting with the vision when they part unwillingly with their cosmic fate: they want vision hunt decree be abolished, while tomo (kazuha's friend) still desire to brave the lightning glow, tomo died as designated in his fate, but because kazuha's situation the vision light up once more because not only tomo's constellation still up there (even if the human died the constellation did not, proven by leonard's case) but kazuha who carry around his vision happen to be LITERALLY PARRYING LIGHTNING GOD, the alignment of fate in this moment is amazing

      That is a fascinating thought, which opens a can of worms. It can imply 2 things about his ascension: 1. he doesn't ascend because he didn't care enough about his vision (and by extension his ambition) and went down a a jovial lifestyle, or 2. he does ascend because he proves himself capable of living without the gift of gods.
      Also! I wonder if there ARE still effects on losing a vision despite seeming uncaring. First is that what if the changes on Itto are gradual? Like it was only gone for a year, and we know Itto might not even be too dependent on his vision, but what if after a decade or smth, we see the effects? THAT we can't prove

    To answer your question, I'd want an Anemo Vision
    As for my thoughts on this...
    Personally, I've seen vision as a curse more so than a gift ever since the 2.0 archon quest, finding out the meaning of visions further made me believe in the statement.
    I mean, it's honestly weird, if a vision is a sign of recognition and a gift from the gods, why should it harm the receiver? The fact that it means what it means makes it even worse.
    I fully agree with you; a vision is used to keep track of those with potential to ascend to Celestia. Whether it's to one day tamper with them or rid of them is most likely according to how it goes, a vision can also be seen as a trial. Whatever it is, I am sure that the Gods of Celestia wants to neutralize these ambitions before it gets out of their control, since after all, it would be a "waste of potential."

      @@ChillwithAster this is the perfect opportunity to tell you that Genshin and Honkai are somehow connected to Fortnite
      Hear me out
      we all know that genshin is connected to honkai via the imaginary tree, now assuming that Aloy is canonically in Teyvat, that means that HZD is canonically apart of the Imaginary tree, besides genshin, fortnite has also collabed with HZD and in fortnite, every fucking crossover is canon cause of the fucking zero point thing, basically, Fortnite is also a part of the imaginary tree, this basically also means that the entirety of the MCU is also canonically connected to Honkai, as well as shit like Rick and Morty
      Ik this is absolutely stupid and that's why I love it

    For the question you asked at the end, I'd want an electro Vision I think! It'd be funny to have a hand buzzer that you can just use whenever XD
    I think if I did get one without choosing, though, I'd probably end up getting a Cryo one, just based on what the in-universe theme with those seems to be (masks, servitude/nobility, and some level of "hiding one's true self") lol

    Itto loosing his Vision to Sara is similar to the "doorman" inside the Komore Teahouse, Nobumori. Nobumori wagered his Vision to Kayato in a duel to see who was a stronger polearm user. He lost to Ayato far and square and relinquished his Vision to Ayato willing. Nobumori didn't surfer any memory loss due to this. The only thing it let go of was the weight of his ambition on his soul as his ambition was to prove how strong he was.
    Itto was a similar situation with Sara as she was the one challenging Itto for his vision. Itto lost so he was a "warrior" about and gave it up willing at that time. But didn't tamper with his spirit at all. lol
