Yes! So far, when they call it Rebirth, it is meant the whispers extended their lives. It means The Whispers gave Zack a chance to live long enough to drag Cloud all the way to Midgar and gave Biggs a chance a 2nd chance to live longer only for him to later on get killed by a shinra soldier. I would assume Reunite cannot fit the theme because it only shows it as part of the ending.
That actually my guess in advent children movie, whole team literally reunited to fight bahamut and it a first time since the 90s we seen a whole ff7 team together fighting again
@@punkpop101 Couldn't it have happened between the opening CG of Rebirth and the first in-game cutscene? He goes to Midgar - leaves Cloud outside the church, see's the church in turmoil, then heads to the markets with Cloud and sees the news broadcast. Unless there's a major contradiction there.
Church scene is probably a timeline where ff7 remake intergrade ending where zack came to church to visit Aierth but bunch of people there, Zack probably wake up after everybody left the church, make sense to me
Except the true fact that Aerith STILL have feelings for her boyfriend Zack. She had replayed her date with Zack, but Cloud (Tifa's boyfriend) frienzoned the now-immortal ancient not once... but twice.
@@TonyKanameKuran we must've played a different game lmao cause i don't remember in any scenes where is cloud declaring himself as tifa's boyfriend or him friendzoning aerith twice. when will FF7 fans realize that this game is RPG with an "ambiguous love triangle" (the devs said this, not me). cloud has 2 love interests and depending on the choices you as the player make he can get romantic moments with either one of the girls (or none if you don't care for romance, that's why there are also friendship dates instead of romantic ones and none of the dates are canon to the story). cloud is not in a committed relationship with anyone, the romance is minimal part of the story compared to the rest and mostly optional.
