    Incredible! Best video of yours yet. Though I may be bias as Fear has been my biggest enemy through my whole life. But everything you said in this is so true its not even funny. I know this because the last few months more then ever I have been kicking Fears ass! 😂 Don't get me wrong, its not easy at all and I still don't know what the hell I'm doing half the time but damn if its not a ride. The thing that I have really come to realize about fear is how its like a loop. It actually stops you from seeing past it because when you get to the scary part you run away and then the cycle repeats again and from the friction of that process it gains its energy. But when you just decide to imagine the fear happening and being over with no matter what's on the other side you realize you still have the power to react how you choose.
    So its not the destination we fear but rather the fear of getting stuck in that loop. So these days when I have a fear I just imagine it automatically happening, worse case scenario and then ask myself how would I react and what would I do. If you then combine that with staying in your heart and not your head then fear can not touch you. You may still have difficult situations but you would have never went through the fear of it happening, it just happens and you deal with it and you have saved tons of energy from not burning it out in the fear loop. Damn I went off a bit, ha ha kind of hyped, just had my banana and peanut butter toast with a cold glass of milk. And its only 3:40 am! Who needs sleep anyway.😊

      Thank you for saying so 😊🙏🏼❤️ this edit took me the longest yet, so I totally appreciate that recognition. I always try to improve from video to video if I can.
      Your fear analogy reminds me of the mirror maze I went into at a festival where I live. The last part of the maze is a room full of mirrors with no apparent exit until you push on one of the mirrors and it recedes revealing the exit. It’s like all belief systems in my viewpoint. Like in any great movie there seems to always be a no win scenario before the hero finally wins. Like a win for the enemy before the hero wins. But I like your loop analogy like it’s Groundhog Day over and over and over until you can see the loop and choose differently. Until you can see the illusion that fear represents as reality. That’s the thing about fear. When you don’t see that it’s fear you just reality. There’s just nothing else it could be except what it tells you it is and you go back and back into pain and suffering not understanding that fear is nothing seeming to be everything. It’s the biggest story there ever was or will be. Really just a story not a reality making it seem like it’s not a story but a reality.
      The way I see us as humans says this about the whole societies all over the planet like we are all living collectively in fear and don’t define it that way. So we construct everything out of fear and that further reinforces physically the fear we all live in. But as long as certain fears are a general majority then those systems and buildings and whatever exists in conjunction with it will exist. In a sense like soldiers and war and weapons. That would not be necessary in a world generally at peace. But even just enough peace would cost us every last bit of everything to achieve it. But only as a majority because then it represents what reflects the overall agreement between humans.
      But your fear loop is what keeps all of us living the same historical story generally of what a human life actually is. It is far far more enormous then people would feel comfortable experiencing once let alone as an open lifestyle experience in day to day living.
      I hope you enjoy that banana and peanut butter toast 😋

    Great video. I have autism and found that the background music muddled the sound of your speaking making it hard to follow. I enjoyed the content.. your background is colourful and soothing.. the cut clips were engaging.

    • @summerinthewind
      @summerinthewind  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I’m not too sure but I may have a bit of autism myself. I wanted the music to be as engaging as everything else. But what your saying is true. I tried to balance the audio as best as I could but it was always a little fighting with the speaking.
      I love music a lot and chose that track because of what it said about the story I was telling. But I really haven’t mastered the audio balances quite right yet. But I do appreciate the feedback. It’ll be something I try to work on.
      😊🙏🏼❤️ thank you for your feedback Robert

    Love your professional presentation. Well done. A perspective needs to be seen sometimes to acknowledge we are choice to the ideas we choose to support as facts or just a small percentage creating an idea that is not actually valuable.
    *We are all accountable to personal roles we want to participate in or as..and must be our individual focus. May Joy be a choice we choose to follow.

      @summerinthewind  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you so much Victoria, this one took a lot longer to put together then my previous, so I really appreciate you saying so.
      Yes, I find many time we chose unhappy experiences because we think it will be valuable but ends up being very empty an experience.
      I’m not sure what you mean by the second part. But I do agree joy would be a much healthier choice.
