If it's gone, the only thing that might still exist is herself in Imaginary Number Space. Which isn't exactly located in the real world, so she'd have to exit from it to make the sea of life appear once more. Of course, that's assuming that Goetia doesn't open a portal to Imaginary Number Space and destroy her body there. And saying "She's capable of mysteries predating Magic" doesn't really mean much. Judging by how she either didn't use them, or they were used and just didn't matter that much, they don't really compare to what Solomon can do. In one word, they're Primordial. Tiamat knows no concept of death and is literally unkillable. She even held back in fgo babylonia and it took many many servants including gilgamesh to take down a 10% tiamat. Tiamat would crush berserker into dust and he wouldnt even be able to hurt her. Enkidu is equal to Gilgamesh and thus also stronger than berserker. Dark Sakura was also responsible for the downfall of Berserker in heavens feel, as it was the shadow that took down Berserker and not saber alter (since he had a few lives left at the end). Ishtar is also broken, especially space ishtar. Powerful enough to destroy planets and its said that space ishtar can only be damaged by galaxy-level damaging attacks. Saber is also stronger than Berserker. She has avalon, which makes her immune against all types of attacks. Berserker has no way to counter that. On top of that, unsealed excalibur would also oneshot him.

It states in her supplemental profile that no being can win against her, as long as it has the capacity for intelligent thought. If you even have a conceptual understanding of what lust or desire is, you can't resist her. If it's gone, the only thing that might still exist is herself in Imaginary Number Space. Which isn't exactly located in the real world, so she'd have to exit from it to make the sea of life appear once more. Of course, that's assuming that Goetia doesn't open a portal to Imaginary Number Space and destroy her body there.
And saying "She's capable of mysteries predating Magic" doesn't really mean much. Judging by how she either didn't use them, or they were used and just didn't matter that much, they don't really compare to what Solomon can do. In one word, they're Primordial. This means they don't really have the level of versatility of Solomon. Because most of the concepts for things that a lot of magecraft is based on wouldn't have existed.

Tiamat would crush berserker into dust and he wouldnt even be able to hurt her. Enkidu is equal to Gilgamesh and thus also stronger than berserker. Dark Sakura was also responsible for the downfall of Berserker in heavens feel, as it was the shadow that took down Berserker and not saber alter (since he had a few lives left at the end). Ishtar is also broken, especially space ishtar. Powerful enough to destroy planets and its said that space ishtar can only be damaged by galaxy-level damaging attacks. Saber is also stronger than Berserker. She has avalon, which makes her immune against all types of attacks. Berserker has no way to counter that. This says anime fate series, so I’d assume those only who have appeared in the anime. But even then, this is so wrong and out of order that I’d assume this was intentionally so. By this video’s logic, Gilgamesh is stronger than Tiamat, which is so clearly wrong as they all needed the help of multiple people and gramps imposing the very concept of death onto Tiamat in order to kill her. He dealt the final blow, which wouldn’t have even been possible without several others.
By this logic even more, Siegfried can call Tiamat and Goetia. Why Siegfried? Because he and Karna went at it without stopping for so god damn long, scaling them roughly around the same ballpark that Karna was deeply satisfied with their fight.
