    Thank you very much for showing a DIY project. I love to make my own gear. There is something fulfilling about. And it is a good project for current times.

    Great idea. Reminds me of the first time I used a sewing machine in Home Ec. I forget what we were making, may be a stuffed animal or a pillow, we did what seemed like an hour of sewing with seams and frayed edges showing. I thought the project was ugly and a huge waste of time. Then, the teacher told us to turn it inside out. It was like a magic trick. Voila.

    Thank you so much for this video! It is perfect for our family backpacking trip where we don’t have the space carry extra bulk but we do want everyone to be comfortable and have fun! I made one for everybody. 😴😴😴😴

    It's going to be cool sooner than later, maybe you should do a video about layering?

    I like using a dry bag, stuffed with clothes or my jacket. Being airtight and stuffed keeps it comfy.

    I sew pillowcase before when I have access to a sewing machine. Now I just up cycle the sateen bags which came free with my roommate 's designers bags , just wash it before use. I can also an airline pillow🤫, which is very flat and put it on top of my soft day pack stuffed with my jacket inside to sleep on it 😴

    Great idea now all you need to do is mass produce a bunch of them then sell it REI and retire👍🏾👍🏾

    Do you think I can use a older dry bag and sew a fleece layer inside?

    • @robopecha
      @robopecha 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      definitely! just take a piece of fleece and some pins and find the design you like.

    I just stuff my puffy jacket into my Buff and use a close it with a piece of cord and a clove hitch on both sides. Looks like a candy wrapper, very comfortable, almost no extra weight. But, unlike the solution in the video, this will not protect your gear from your saliva when you drool in your sleep.
