Well I actually live in Tonbridge with my hubby and our cat, and I can truly say that it is a friendly and happy place. Thank you for your lovely video showing our town in a very positive light as it deserves to be!!
The castle gate house looks really cool. The mannequins were really creepy. Tonbridge looks like a lovely place to visit. Aww a frog spa! Thats cute. what a lovely day out xx
Hi boys ,such a happy place , tonbridge ,you fit in very well as you are both such happy lads ,thanks for showing us around !We enjoyed it very much ,we look forward to all your upcoming trips this year....greetings from hamburg😃😃
You guys fit well into that happy town 😃 since i recently came across you channel your vlogs always make me smile the best parts are all them cakes😆 enjoy all your Travels🍻
Hi guys love your videos. Would love to see a comparison on Tonbridge vs Tunbridge Wells. Best latte in both towns too would be great and general comparison between crowds, space, safety and quality of people ie any riff raff etc etc ❤❤
Tonbridge, friendly? It's full of miserable chavs and weirdos! The castle's nice (although I've never been inside) and the high street has some great charity shops. Also, opposite the castle on the other side of the river there's a great large Wetherspoons, reasonable priced drinks and food, behind the first cafe you were going to use, but it was too busy. 😮
All the people we met were friendly so we can only base our experience on that. The castle is definitely worth a visit if you get chance, not expensive either 👍🏻
I agree, it isn't safe. there has been stabbings too, vandalism, paedos and recently a man has been exposing himself to women. The traffic in Tonbridge High st is appalling, smelly and noisy. Lots of people have ended up in the river drunk or otherwise and they have had to put barriers up and rings. There have been big floods too and the car park floods in very heavy rain and the storage has to open up. it is on a flood plain.
Tonbridge has a LIdl which is great and cheap and the bus service is good, friendly charity shops. It has some food shops. bad things. finch cafe is expensive and noisy with groups of mombies gossping for hours., upstairs is much better and more for people who want quiet. Ugly car parks. could do with some cherry trees centrally as the town is tatty. Haysden is nice. Therre is not much creative artsy culture in town other than artspring gallery and the Oast theatre is a bit far out. I don't stay long in Tonbridge as there is not much to do culturally for adults. Tonbridge is on a flood plain (see ea map) so it floods sometimes.
You guys are fun to watch, great videos.
Thank you 🤩

Glad you enjoyed it. We are very excited for this year 😃
Love your peeks into British towns. You bring them to life. My Sundays start out with a great laugh and vicarious adventure.
We may be biased but sounds like the perfect way to start a Sunday 😜
I went to college with Josh years ago at Canterbury, you won't remember me but it's so good to see you doing so well and making cool videos! 🎉
Ah that’s really kind, thank you but yes I am terrible with remembering faces and college was a very long time ago 😂
Thanks for the great videos I love right best rhe river in the town and love Tonbridge ❤
i think the animal sign posts are part of a nature trail so kids will be looking out for a particular animal to guide them around the route

Thanks so much! 😊 Cake makes every day better right? 😋
O yes 😋
Frog spa 🐸 love that, great video 😊
Haha it's brilliant isn't it? If we were frogs we know where we would be! Glad you enjoyed the video.
@@JJExtraI thought oh how sweet Josh is going to take Jason's hand and help him across the flood, but no😂 Josh takes the camera😂😂
Haha - to be fair I would do the same if the tables were turned, that’s an expensive camera 😂
Another great video, you guys always make me smile.🥰
😊 thank you! We’d have definitely done something wrong if a video about Kent’s happiest town wasn’t a reason to smile 😂
I genuinely look forward to a new video from you guys now
That’s really great to hear, thanks Josh 😊
great video
Thanks Pete, glad you enjoyed it 😊

Wow.
kent's happiest town is surely folkestone but looking forward to this video. thank you!
Folkestone would definitely have a strong claim in our eyes but Tonbridge was definitely giving happy vibes - hope you enjoy it.

From my own experiences Shrewsbury has to be the happiest town in Britain!
Not somewhere we have been as yet. Any recommendations on things to do, places to visit, places to eat if we do?
@@JJExtra The market hall under the clock is a definite recommendation

2°C? Wear coats or jackets, please! I felt cold watching you in hoodies. (Great video by the way!)
