It depends how close it is to the descendant usually an orb of 3 degrees . And sometimes I've found possibly when sun in 6th could meet through work or connect through animals or have some of them areas in common. Sometimes I've seen health people meeting gym or health retreats and sometimes illness rarely but I've seen it. Also sun in 6th can show them ( sun) being part of your daily routine ( 6th house)
