Paul Bogaers - Studio Visit

Paul Bogaers developed two-dimensional studies to the three-dimensional domain of assemblage, sculpture and installation, where photography plays a vital role. Bogaers also uses papier mâché - a material not often embraced by fine artists.

what I find special and powerful about this artist is the combination of thoughtfulness and spontaneous playfulness in the image and the shapes and textures an effortlessness through the found objects . Delightfull🎉

„One of my favorite materials( paper maché) somehow touched me ; that’s one of the many things that motivates n artist. that is such a human basic motivation . the sense of touch is not often stimulated and satisfied in one‘s work , for example office workers.
