It was good to see it all come together. I know I’ve seen it all before, but I liked it. I’ve missed your metalworking capabilities.

Great job, extremely professional. I do like to leave the axle plate mount bracket adjustable. To allow for different length hard tails.

Such a masterpiece of a video. The pain of the damaged mug! The heartache of the snapped Tap! And the triumph of the finished jig!
Kidding aside, this was really cool to see. I've always wanted to know how frames for bikes got assembled by hand.

Now that is a nice piece of work! I'd love to have a workshop like that but I'd have to sell my house to get all the machinery. Then there's the fact that I'd have to spend a few months teaching myself how to use the Plasma Table! I've subscribed so I can watch more of your fantastic work! Cheers

Hi Matt, Great vid as always. If I could give you one bit of advice it would be, chamfer all the holes prior to tapping. Chamfering after can have a slight tendency to mess up the top of the thread. Otherwise faultless work.

Coffee cups and soda bottles have a short life fab shops, welding shops and machine shops. I've dragged them off benches and table with my TIG cable, knocked them over, knocked them off and in general broken them into pieces in 50 different way. I worked for several years where you could only have styrafoam and soda in cans. Made sense.

@@Urchfab That was essentially my question too. You do some Very impressive work here Matt. Is this jig for any particular type of frame? I would be interested in one that can do a variety of frames for adventure bikes and cafe racers, as well as road and race bikes. I don't have access to the machining facilities you have. I'm sure I'm not alone in being a potential customer.

How nice to have all the equipment to do it, those very sophisticated machines. not even working two whole lives could he buy one of them. Here the minimum salary the day in Mexico is 135 pesos all day, equivalent to 6.75 dollars. outside of my hands, I have only been able to buy a makita drill and I spent 3 years saving together with my wife

Hey Matt, Hope you can check this video. The guy has the same plasma cutter you have and seems to be happy with a dry air improvement he made. I don't know where he is located but maybe you can go check his cutter's performance comparing it to yours. Might just be a help in your fabrication business.
