    3가지 맛과 색을 가진 노오븐 지브라 치즈케이크를 만들었어요~
    흰색은 바닐라, 녹색은 녹차, 검은색은 블랙 코코아파우더를 사용해서 만들었답니다~^^
    녹차와 블랙 코코아파우더를 생크림에 섞을 때 생크림을 따뜻하게 데워 사용해야 곱게 잘 섞이더라구요~
    치즈 혼합물의 농도가 너무 뻑뻑하면 잘 퍼지며 무늬가 생기지 않아서 전자레인지에 3~5초 정도 돌려 농도를 걸쭉하게 맞춰야 예쁜 무늬를 만들 수 있는 것 같아요~^^
    녹차 층은 조금 단맛이 덜해서 녹차의 쌉싸름한 맛이 싫으시면 설탕을 추가해 만드시면 될 것 같아요~^^
    3가지 색을 섞으니 차분하면서도 독특한 무늬가 나와 색다르고 재미있더라구요~~

    ▶틀 사이즈 Mold size : 15cm x 4.5cm
    ▶재료
    부순 오레오 (크림x) 60g
    녹인 무염 버터 25g
    판젤라틴 6g
    크림치즈 300g
    설탕 75g
    플레인 요거트 50g
    레몬즙 6g
    바닐라익스트랙 2g
    50~60% 정도 휘핑한 생크림 180g
    녹차 파우더 5g
    따뜻한 생크림 30g
    블랙 코코아파우더 10g
    따뜻한 생크림 20g
    ▶레시피
    1. 크림을 제거하고 부순 오레오에 녹인 무염버터를 넣고 섞은 뒤 틀에 넣고 꾹꾹 눌러 깔아준다.
    2. 판젤라틴을 찬물에 넣어 불려두고 크림치즈를 부드럽게 푼 뒤 설탕, 플레인 요거트, 레몬즙, 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞는다.
    3. 불린 젤라틴의 물기를 제거 하고 전자레인지에 10초 정도 돌려 완전히 녹인 뒤 치즈 혼합물에 넣고 섞고 휘핑한 생크림을 넣고 섞는다.
    4. 반죽을 3개로 나누고 녹차 파우더와 따뜻한 생크림을 섞고, 블랙 코코아파우더와 따뜻한 생크림을 섞는다.
    5. 반죽 2군데에 녹차와 블랙 코코아 혼합물을 넣고 섞는다.
    6. 틀에 블랙 코코아, 녹차, 바닐라 순으로 반복해 부은 뒤 냉장실에서 3시간 정도 굳힌다.
    ▶Ingredients
    60g Crushed oreo (without cream)
    25g Melted unsalted butter
    6g Gelatin sheet (or 5g Powdered gelatin)
    300g Cream cheese
    75g Sugar
    50g Plain Yogurt
    6g Lemon juice
    2g Vanilla extract
    180g Whipped cream (whipped 50~60%)
    5g Green tea powder
    30g Warm Whipping cream
    10g Black Cocoa Powder
    20g Warm Whipping cream

      재료 계산을 어찌해야할지 모르겠어요 원부피 구해서 나누니까 2.23이던데

    I cannot tell you how much my family liked this cake! My father who's not really into desserts told me repeatedly that it was really really good, meanwhile my bro who doesnt eat much high calorie food asked for another slice after finishing the first one within a minute. I made some modifications because my oreo chunks were quite large so I tripled the base quantity to make sure the chessecake wouldnt leak through the base. The transfer from vanilla, matcha, to the light chocolate flavor, then to the crunchy oreo base was just extraordinary. XDDD

      Beverly Faison You should get a kitchen scale! If you live cooking they're well worth the investment because the measurements are so much more precise in grams, because the gram measurement won't include the air bubbles you get in a cup measurer!

    레시피 너무 잘 보고 갑니다. 미국에서 만드느라 그램을 아운스로 바꿔 계산하고.. 크림치즈는 직사각형 모양(가장 보편적임)을 사서 썼더니 생각해보니까 베이글에 발라먹을 땐 괜찮은데 이 레시피에는 딱딱해서 크림처럼 안되더라고요. 그래서 우유를 섞었지만 다음엔 cream cheese filling이라고 이미 시장에서 파는 걸 쓰면 훨씬 수월하고 빨리 만들 수 있겠다~생각이듭니다^^ 생크림은 whipping cream 통에 든걸 샀더니 너무 진해서 다음에는whipping cream topping이라고 씌여있는 거 통에 든거나 스프레이 모양을 고려해봐야겠어요. 지금 냉동고에 완성된 치즈케잌 식히는 중입니다..

    Lovely recipe! I gave it a try but the consistency was too thick to pour so I didn’t get the nice layered effect. Could it because my cream cheese was not softened enough? Or my whipped cream was too cold so it set the gelatin when I mixed in the whipped cream? Thank you!

      I think you whipped the cream too much. she said whip to 50-60% consistency that way it is still pourable. it happened to me too, once 😅
      I just stirred in a little more yogurt and it was better

    How to add in gelatin powder into the mixture? Do I have to mix it with water first?

      farhana kim yes, mix with about 1 tbsp water , stir and let it bloom for 10’ and warm it up before adding to the mixture

      I was thinking of trying out a neapolitan version with strawberry instead of green tea. Maybe use crushed freeze dried strawberries or other fruits. Banana might be also interesting (with some yellow food coloring). :)

    따라해 봤는데.... 이 질감과 묽기가 안나와요 ㅠㅜ 저것보다 너무 뻑빡해서 엄청난 양의 생크림과 요거트와 결국엔 우유까지 들이부었지만 주르륵 흐르는 텍스쳐는 실패 ㅠㅜ 크림치즈의 차이인가요??

    틀이 2호 높은 틀만 있는데 18*7
    재료 계산을 어찌해야할지 모르겠어요 원부피 구해서 나누니까 2.23이던데
    재료를 2배로 넣는게 맞는건가요?
