I have the book. I am just to busy to start any of them right now. I do the MYC with Armchair chef Lori...And i have a lot in my head I want to do.. Not enough time in the day....

I understand that completely! That is why me and Sam did one for every 2 months. We both have so much going on. And that is why I have been taking breaks when I can just to decompress and think about myself. Hope you can have a little breathing room. Try not to put too much on yourself! You've got this!
