I played this game almost for 5-6 years.. dozens of characters, I unlocked almost everything, took all the possible decisions.. Fable influenced me so much that I even use "Lychfield" as my Internet name. This was one of the best parts of the game, I waited the arrival at Lychfield Cemetary only to listen to this music when i was a kid.. A decade has passed, but i can still feel the verve.. I'm Italian, and the game was fully translated, audio and texts. The line that nostro used to say was: "La mia corazza, il mio elmo, la mia spada e il mio scudo.. riportameli, e ti mostrerò la strada"
one of the BEST games i have ever played to this day. why they ever dumbed it down so much in 2 and 3 is beyond me. if only they would make a fable sequel that was build more like fable 1.

God what scared when I was younger was when you were collecting the pieces of the armor in the graveyard, you'd randomly have a ghost talk to you without it cutting to a cutscene or anything. Just something that creeped me out while playing this at 3am
Aaaaaahhh, this music, all the grinding I did while this was playing. If you ignored the boss it was the best farm in the game, get a 50x multipier then spam "Summon".
That would be interesting but... 1) Lionhead Studios has fallen/sold out beyond belief now destroying the fable franchsie 2) The game still runs smoothly enough and works so well that there isn't even much to add on to or update
actually if you guys know um fable the lost chapter is on steam and actually its impossible to find this game on store if you read it 19 december fable the lost chapter is 2$ on steam and fable 3 12$ so actually buy it if you love fable
this is why i like fable tlc! at first it looks like a friendly and beautifful world but when you get deeper into the story you get to know that albion can be a scary, brutal and dark place brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....
@sartanko Nah I think people would just complain about them then. They're overpowered but more importantly, they don't fit in with the timeline. Downgrading them will make it worse since they will be out-of-place AND weak as shit, meaning people will just complain. What's funny is that in Fable Lore, the Guild of Heroes was infact destroyed (Rebuilt after Jack of Blades' attack) after the invention of guns, and people rebelled against the heroes.

I miss my slow time beserking multi stike intro into a fight. Toss in a summon or two and electrocute the rest. Hardly loft a finger and i killed them all. OP as fuck ill admit but ohhh well.
VolvenIV It had more unfulfilled promises than Fable 3 though. I would say it wasn't necessarily a worse game, just way more of a letdown. Also the multiplayer was pretty crap and the ending was insulting.

4:00 always gave me goosebumps. I remembered this specific part and came looking for it on youtube.

But I could accept guns if they were very limited.
Take very very long time to reload, and only one shot at a time.
Since Fable III I'm sure they would mess it up.
I loved the graveyard it was fun to just kill Hollowmen for no reason really.
I loved looking at some of the headstones. They were incredibly funny sometimes.
They were called Undead in this game, didn't become Hollowmen until 2 and 3.
