Personally this was one of the few things I actually liked about storm 1 (I think everyone rides this game way too much) and I wouldn't mind it if people had specific dialogue for very specific matchups (but keep it far and few between so its not an ABSURD amount of work) i.e: Sasuke's win quote when defeating Danzo would be "Brother... Thats one down!"

I would love to do that CC2 back the old options Storm 1: Battle Intros before the fight, Fight to the wall gives you punch out, the clash jutsu (Raikiri vs. Rasengan), and the mode of Konoha walk where Naruto can jump roofs with no Jutsu Naruto Cannon. I'm so nostalgic for my Naruto Storm 1 favorite games. My thumbs green for the CyberConnect 2 sees this and changes his mind and takes the old options on Storm 1 for Storm 3- Storm Generations 2 and Storm 4, I hope anyway.
They should do something like this: Naruto ultimate ninja storm: the whole story. It should cover all of the major arcs and battles and include any and every feature from previous games. Something like generations. But with the entire story
I'm so pissed off right now, I played this game 10 years ago and I recently decided to play the sequels and I was so angry to find there's no intro dialogue in 2 (and from what I've heard none of the later games either). I didn't realise how much I cared about this but fighting game intro dialogue is _so_ important for giving the game personality, especially if there's unique dialogue for different character combinations. I'm not competitive so I don't play fighters online and I don't have any friends to play them with locally so my enjoyment of fighting games comes almost entirely from the game's style and character. I know it'll seem trivial and unimportant to most people but the later games not having intro dialogue genuinely makes me significantly less interested in playing them. I mean seriously, they go to all the unnecessary effort of redoing all the scenes and dialogue from the anime that we've all seen before anyway but couldn't put in the effort to write and record some battle intro dialogue?
no its because they decided to released the game on xbox.. they got lazy to do some great features like clashing and counter attack special etc.. its xbox fault to begin with

I grew to like the dub Naruto because of his background, I can't imagine a cooler voice actor like any of the male voice actors here to voice a character like him, no friends, wants to get attention, believes he can become hokage while everyone shits on him, constantly trying to get with Sakura then gets beaten up for it. embarrasses himself by using sexy jutsu and messing up attacks when he was younger. Besides they got rid of her saying "believe it" because they knew it's annoying. While the JP actress kept it and it's extremely annoying hearing "datebayo" in every single sentence she speaks.
