to change the color of the SVG when you add it to a img src just change the fill in the dot SVG file directly. Obviously only for SVG that you bring manually and not with npm because at deployment the node_modules will reinstall with default values.
You had downloaded the npm packages and then whisked off to doing the HTML snippet in the index file. There was thus some implication in the order of your teaching that the HTML code snippet required the npm package download but in fact the two things (HTML snippet and npm download) are unrelated.
From watching this video it seems that bootstrap icons are just font awesome icons but harder to use. The ability to use an icon as a font means that coloring and sizing is extremely easy. Bootstrap icons require more code to achieve the same effect. I won't be using bootstrap icons for this reason.
This is a great video, I just can't seem to get it working. I have node.js and npm installed but when I run "npm i boostrap-icons" on my pycharm terminal, nothing happens. I get the same result as you on the console, but no folder appears in the root directory. Any idea as to why this is happening? Thank you!
I feel so stupid! You make this look so easy. But when I tried to do it I got an error message: "Code$ : The term 'Code$' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. etc. etc.". Obviously I messed something. I've watched this video 5 times and can't figure out what I missed. Please help?
Your lecture is very good and easy to understand, but what I am paying attention to is the interface on vscode, it makes me curious and everyone who shares questions with me is expecting the "codeSTACKr Theme" version from you. =))
Yes I will definitely be using them right now !. Free (because I don't have money to pay), and also no need for fucking bootstrap inclusion to use them. My icons are here!!! And they are adding more soon !!!!.... HELL YES !
I gave a small like and a big I LOVE YOU to the video. Those who gave video a dislike are IDIOTS. FUCK YOU, how could you give a dislike to such an informative and concise tutorial on the subject? Get a life.

How do u get those cute icons next to your files in VS ? Thx for the vid.
Icon themes :)
I use vscode-icons
The problem with including the SVG with class is that you can not change the color in the class using CSS but directly to the url variable.
awesome! 😍

I see your messages on twitter. I think you need to install node.js. That is required to run npm.
Will these be replacing font awesome?
Not at all. You just have more options now ☺️
I highly doubt it
Helpful 👍👍
What extension you are use please tell
Are you referring to the theme? It's my new codeSTACKr theme. It will be released soon :)
