Hi just wanted to share my experience! I got banned from the trading hub only could still play the game but I was obviously upset and made a complaint to the staff for treating me this way and they ended up banning me completely from the game for 60 years after I sent a long complaint about my frustrations with their game as a whole. You can now get banned for just simply sharing your opinion on royale high. That game and the developers are so toxic that tbh im grateful they banned me so i no longer have to support their lame asses 🤷♀️ fuck this game
I also got banned from trading hub before in about January. I emailed Royale high 7 times and they also asked me the EXACT same questions. They need to fix their moderation because it is TERRIBLE. Im honestly happy I got unbanned but it’s seriously unfair how I get banned for doing nothing wrong. 😭

i dont think anyones had a good experience, back in 2019 when trading was in beta for abt a day, my friend let me borrow the halo she won, but the next day when trading was gone, the halo had duplicated itself and we both had it. she contacted rh support multiple times to get the second halo removed from her account as i had given it back to her, and she never got a respone😭

To anyone who's confused about the middleman in 4:35 , a middleman's job is basically completing a trade between two parties when a direct trade isn't possible or available. Example: The first party sends the stuff to the middleman, and the middleman sends the items to the second party, and it happens the other way around too, making it an INdirect trade between two parties. A direct trade is only between the two parties (the first party and second party exchange their items directly without a middleman involved), and I think only direct trades are allowed in Royale High because there's a chance the middleman will simply steal the items, hence the question in the e-mail.
A "middle man" is a third person on a trade so let's say we have person A,B and C. So person A wants to trade person C person B will be their "middle man" like person A will give the stuff they want to trade to Person B first then person C will give the things they want to trade to person B after that person B with trade them both to give the stuffs they trade. "Middle man" is usually in a trust trade
I got banned ASWELL for the same reason. I sent them a report and they responded in the same time frame, same questions, they send stuff 2 days later. When I was contacted my ban was already gone, they didn’t detect a ban and I was able to go into trading hub I do believe it was a ban wave since my trading history is pretty clean. Although support and the game itself isn’t well done. I shouldn’t have gotten banned in the first place, And they should have gotten back to me maybe a little quicker. I'm so sorry that happened! I've heard so many stories about how bad the RH moderation system is. I've recently got my account hacked and was having similar trouble with roblox moderation. I don't think I'll ever get my account back. I wondering if I made a new account, if I could contact RH and ask to get my items back. I don't know about levels, but I spent years grinding and buying items. But hearing this made me want to change my mind.

don't understand why the support is structured this way? i was banned falsely and apparently was lucky enough to have a literal light fairy angel reply to what happened. They replied within 3 days, (I messaged on a weekend when no one will answer) literally by the time I got to the email in my in box, I was already unbanned and could go back to playing. Man was the whole thing stressful since i was younger than i am now. That's the point i want to make, this is just hostile to your young playerbase who are probably scared, and stressed about losing their account progress and years of memories even if they did break the rules. The rules are there for a reason, but children are stupid and will break them anyways. Not only that, but friends sometimes just want to let the people they trust use their items for a bit like what happened to you. Everything in general surrounding punishing genuine bad actors is absolutely terrible. All of this strict bs is just....not good by design. From what i have seen after all this time, there seems to be more and more rule breakers due to the fact that getting things normally is becoming less and less accessible for many people who don't have time to play the game. everything in the diamond shop is expensive, and so are the sets! So the solution here is simple, to prevent this behavior make the game less time consuming, and grindy instead of having such high expectations and strain on your moderation staff!

I’m really surprised at the complaints about the royale high moderation team. It’s unfortunate that some people have had bad experiences with them. Not long ago I was banned from the trading hub out of nowhere for exploitive activity. I had no idea what caused the ban since I know I didn’t exploit, I didn’t use auto clickers and I had not traded in a week (nor had I cross traded / made sketchy trades). I emailed the support team and they got back to me within 3 days and had unbanned me. I still don’t know why I got banned in the first place but they were so helpful to me 😅
A middle man in a trade is where a person guides the cross trade like for example u wanna do a cross trade but u don’t trust the person u would msg me who is trusted and I would guide it and u give me ur item I will tell the Person give u that item and I will give the person what you gave me if that makes sense
The reason this happened is because u gave a halo for ”free” but also got it back the trade looked suspicious to them so the deemed it as exploiting this happened to a fellow badge older a couple weeks ago but also understand what ur coming from and royale high I do have to say royale high does take long

Maybe they need more staff to actually explain the situation. And I’m really happy it went well for you but unfortunately for most it seems to be a bit lapse in the communication department! It may not be a huge issue for you but for a lot of players that mostly trade or younger players it may be a very stressful situation to be in.

idk bout yall but i got banned from trading hub and when i emailed rh, everything went well. Shit, yall dramatic af, theyre humans !!!! Ofc not everything is gonna be perfect. Serisously the most ungrateful fandom i have been in !
I never said I wanted the service to be "perfect". All I wanted was the support system to be updated. And I understand that they are humans. And I never said I was ungrateful. Please pay attention to the video, I had 2 bad experiences with support, and just because yours was fine doesnt mean others are. This is MY experience.
Maybe they need more staff to actually explain the situation. And I’m really happy it went well for you but unfortunately for most it seems to be a bit lapse in the communication department! It may not be a huge issue for you but for a lot of players that mostly trade or younger players it may be a very stressful situation to be in.

I got banned recently…I’m a little bit worried, I gave away the GOT bow to a new friend and I must admit it probably looked a bit dodgy. I have indeed done one sided trades for artworks or character adoptables(more then one for rare items of course) for like two years now. I sent emails on two different email accounts….still waiting for response.
