Razia Butt is a famous Pakistani novelist. I am a little surprised you didn’t know about her. You can read her novel, “Bano”, it’s about partition of India. Pakistani drama, “Dastaan”, is based on this novel. You can watch it. It’s a hard watch ( it shows the horrible riots that broke out after the announcement of the partition) but you will get to know about the author. There are several other novels by her too.
