The State of your fans:
Don't change ANYTHING. No need for make up, no need to style hairs, we love what we see because it's authentic end well executed for something where mostly is kind of improvised. We've been there back in the pandemic where everyone streamed at home, then back in the old "studio", then two years ago when you moved to the new studio. We, the fans, feel like being a part of team coco, and we love everything about it. You upload clips of interviews anyways, so yeah, we would apreciate entire episodes. Also, we like that finally there are Conan Radio episodes on the "Conan O'Brien needs a Friend" feed on spotify and Itunes or whereever you get your Podcasts from.
And also I'd like to talk about the most amazing thing and what actually makes the beauty of this entire Podcast, besides Sona and Matt who we love to death and Adam, Eduardo and Blay. What's amazing is that in the world where we live in, where so much bad stuff happens and every person has an opinion about anything and everything, there was NEVER a bad comment in any of the Team Coco sections. Nowhere, no negativity. Feels like people escape the real world shitshow to kind of cure themselfes with some Team Coco content. Therefore, Thank you and do what you did for the past 6 years. Success will never be your problem, unless you try to change the landscape of that beauty! 🎉

They just say what’s on their mind while being respectful of everyone and naturally hilarious.
It’s rare and that’s what keeps us all watching/listening.
I wholeheartedly agree with you, up until the no negative comments part, there have been some crazies in the comments of some guest episodes that decide to get weirdly political, and defensive of the strongest things, but other than them, I would agree that it is a fairly peaceful comment section, because we're just all here for a laugh

You don't need to change a thing, just, more full podcasts. The studio is nice. The audio is good. The video adds so much that wouldn't be there if it was audio only. I would like to see you fit a full brass band into that podcast studio though, just for the hell of it.

Really, the state of the podcast is still strong since they completely neglected to deal with the D(r)umb problem? It was on the comedians, the journalists were not free to tell the underlying truth. I have the feeling that even smart and even educated Americans do not fully understand what there is to come.

Long time Coco fan, here... I didnt listen till the videos came out. I need the visuals to hold my attention. The video is awesome and makes it even better! Conan is a very physical comedian and not having visuals is actually taking away from the show.

People talk about the new generations not having an attention span. I fall between Matt and Sona. I tried to listen to the podcast, but much like when I tried to read, my mind would completely wander off, and I was constantly skipping back 5 to 10 minutes. I need the visual to keep me locked in as well, not to mention that without it, we would have never seen things like Jack McBrayer's face when Conan brayed like a donkey.
Its not just Conan. Sometimes the guests are too. A lot of times you need to see the face for context.

One thing you guys should also take into consideration of the podcast is: while we do love the big name guests we keep coming back for the rest of the crew, and sometimes even Conan! I think having more episodes dedicated to the crew and how everyone interacts can only add further to this chaotic gold mine of a podcast.
Edit- For clarity, members of the crew that aren’t entirely prevalent most of the time. The Hoppening was a wonderful experience to sit and watch through, and I believe more “experimental episodes” should be encouraged! Of course I would love to see these 3 in a room with Schlansky…
Yeah It's like what older late night videos do I revisit, celebrities? or Jordan Schlansky? Conan's riffing with the 'regulars' is often more entertaining since he doesn't need to hold back.

I rarely watch the celebrity interviews. I only like to watch Conan talking to regular people, especially Sona, Matt, and Jordan.

Me too. Every show seems to aspire to have the big celebrity guests for some reason. Ya, more people will probably click because of it, but don't think it's actually any better content because of it. Why would a bigger celebrity have anything more interesting to say.
Same here. I think the real comedy of the show is in the banter between Conan, Sona, and Gorley. For me if I listen to the entire show is pretty guest dependent. The fan interviews are fun too.

It's refreshing to hear Adam explain that the pendulum on "brand safety" is starting to swing back in the other direction. Content creators trying to be as brand safe as possible has been completely poisoning the media that they're making, in the sense that they over censor themselves, which makes a ton of what you watch online feel like bland and sterile pablum.
The over censorship has leaked into aspects of normal conversation too. I've heard people unironically use terms like "unalive" in conversation -- something meant to get around automatic censors when talking about suicide -- which is incredibly gross if you break it down. Social media companies auto flagging "brand unsafe" terms in order to keep advertisers happy, has bled into people using unserious and jokey terms to legitimately talk about serious issues. It's weird and gross, but it's good to hear that things might be starting to swing in the opposite direction.
Because also, seeing the delight Conan has when he gets Sona going is fantastic.

I stopped watching this channel completely after they decided to not post full videos. Many people dont like to consume short & cut versions and many dont care about audio podcasts.
No one said they have to upload it right away, but what is the problem uploading it month, even 2, even 3 or 6 months later?
But they dont care. In return, I wont watch, will never like their videos and will never promote or share with friends.
btw, almost all top entertainment podcasts upload full videos.

I watched my first video podcast years ago and, for better or worse, I can't go back. I just need the visual component now. I play clips of this show all day as I work. It's my comfort show, and it brings me so much joy. And I love the full eps! Can't wait for more!

I like that the podcast has big-name guests, but with all due respect, my favorite part will always be when Conan and the rest of the crew are just joking around about random stuff. I believe I'm not the only one. And yes, I prefer youtube because this podcast needs that visual medium to catch all those expressions and comedic gestures in order to get the maximum experience.

I think what's lost is many of us have the youtube video in the background while we do other things. So yeah, we do want full length content on the youtube. Like, I don't even know where this podcast is normally posted. I just watch the clips and stuff on youtube. Lol. Give us more full videos.
I find the videos very necessary, audio only podcasts rarely hold my attention for very long. It literally only adds, it doesn't subtract anything. Also you guys have a very nice and clean set with good lighting and no distractions.
I'm hard-of-hearing and lip read. I've only been able to enjoy video of you guys and I am hoping you will bring all full pods to video. I'll come work for ya and post these for ya (I live in LA). Soooo happy to see the results of your experiment!
Conan not doing makeup is okay by me. I don't think it's important for sona to wear it either, but if it makes her feel more comfortable than fair enough
Here's an idea: release the audio version of the podcast on Monday morning (or whatever time it is released right now) then throughout the week, upload video clips on TH-cam. At the end of the week when the clips have whetted the appetite of would-be viewers, release the video version of the podcast on Saturday morning (or even Sunday morning depending on what the data says). All bases covered. If you're worried about cannibalisation, you could even extend the release of the full video podcast for the weekend after. Personally, I would keep it to a week -- natural start and end date and the TH-cam algorithm would work well with it. I think it's worth a shot.

This is the best! Keep it as is. All natural & spontaneous. I enjoy the clips but if its a longer episode of people I like then I’ll watch them. I’ve been a fan for almost 20 years & I’m not even 35! So keep bringing in older & young-ish people like Quinta, Ezra K & his wife.
I've seen Steven Wright live twice and they are my favorite memories, his full-length appearance would be watched regularly in my home!

I'm 45. I have never listened to an audio podcast in my entire life (it's all background jibberish to me with no video), but I've started watching them as soon as it caught on on TH-cam and I watch plenty. Something about putting sound to the picture makes all the difference to me.

Some of the best content of your videos is seeing the facial reactions of your team and your guests. It really adds a lot, especially to see your guests are really engaged with Conan, and vice versa. Don’t worry about how you look or dress, just be a group of people having an engaging conversation.👍
Oh and please don’t change “how you talk”. If start self-editing, you will eventually damage your honesty.

I find myself laughing harder and longer watching Conan on the podcast than I ever did watching him on the late night show. And I loved his show, so good choice.
Always loved me some Conan, since 1995 when my buddy used to call me and say that I MUST come over to his place and watch this late night show. This Conan guy is not like anything on TV and he's just like us! Always been a big part of my life but now we love us some Gourley, Sona, Adam Sachs (who seems to only be known by his full name lol), Bley, Eduardo, and all ya'all. These days, we all want the no makeup, some random chats, and getting to know everyone who makes it all happen. Don't even get me started on how much I love and have rewatched the Summer Smores. Thank you for feeding our fix, as we are addicted to you like a bunch of crack addicts. I have to admit, I listen to the podcast on my phone and also watch the same episodes on TH-cam after. Haven't met ya, but ya'll are my buddies. Love ya ❤

Without the videos being posted I wouldn’t have known about the podcast. The hour long posts are most assuredly welcome. The podcast gets that much funnier with video. Watching the video of when Conan threw the chapstick into Sona’s tea had me in tears laughing. Absolutely loved it!

I am a long time listener and I would always listen to the episodes and then go on youtube and watch everything from the episodes I loved and clips from episodes I didn’t care about as much, because sometimes the non-verbal communication changes a joke, a conversation or a whole persons vibe completely. like natasha lyonnes way of sitting in that chair? jack blacks eyebrows? how can you keep these things from us?
YES! I LOVE the full episodes. I listen to these on youtube while I work and it is great not having to fish around for the next segment every 15 min.

My introduction to the podcast was through TH-cam. I had no idea it was audio only. Team Coco gets lots of circulation on TH-cam. It gets recommended to everyone.
I discovered the podcast through TH-cam and personally my fave videos have always been the small bits with just the three of them, but recently I’ve started enjoying some celeb interviews as well
I am from Morocco and I listen to this podcast all day while working, love how you guys just being yourselves and how it changed my mind about lots of idea I had about celebrities and all that Hollywood stuff, I just can see that some of them are just normal people like us ,going in life with their insecurities and struggles but they're keeping a positive look on the future and this is what the real audience loves about this group we can relate to you ,we don't feel like you're some VIP high class celerity with the big mansion and a supercar, & we appreciate you guys more without all the make-up stuff and overly prepped setup, Just a bunch of friends hanging out being goofy and Conan for a 60yo man you look damn great, wishing you guys the best from Casablanca - Morocco.
My suggestions for the show:
- Post all full length video episodes
- 45 minutes of conan, matt, sona
- 10 minutes of guest interviews. Longer if they are a comedian or a president
- 5 mins of ads (if done by conan)
- Post twice a day

I always listen to music on commutes, any downtime, or during chores, so I never really got into the podcast format but I absolutely love to watch them when you guys upload clips. The 8-15 minute clips are great, I like watching them with my breakfast. I would also love to see more full episodes going forward if that's something the CONAF crew is open to!

I love podcasts and generally have no problem only having audio. However, with this podcast I do listen to it a lot more on TH-cam than as a podcast due to it being easier for me to access on TH-cam than other ways. The visuals are a great bonus, particularly when there are so many interactions where I really want to see the look on someone's face, the reaction shots. Please do put up full episodes. We'll watch them.

I have always watched the videos as opposed to just listening.. I have been a fan of Conan's from the beginning of the late nite show, and as much as I loved those, to me this is even better. The guests are great..Sona and Matt are terrific..both so funny, and they add so much to the conversations. Please do full videos of all of it, and I wouldn't change a thing..nicely done Team COCO!
I love the podcast. But I am much more likely to watch a video of the interview while I have my coffee in the morning. Than to just listen to it. I don't have a long drive to work and don't typically just sit around the house listening intently to things. Love the Team Coco videos! Keep them coming please!

TH-cam watcher/listener here. Really appreciate the videos. I mostly prefer them in segments but would definitely appreciate full episodes here and there. Also, definitely don’t turn it more into a tv show. It’s great as it is. Good sound, good video but also chill and casual. 👍🏻
i dont think anyone from team coco will read this and maybe they already know this anyway, but:
it's not about the video component ( although i enjoy seeing the physical bits and big reactions/laughs). its the fact that youtube as a platform has a huge built in audience that is opening it up to browse and will find the podcast organically instead of seeking it out on other plaforms. some other podcasts upload only the audio with some cool/interesting art!

Sona is so great about creating space and hanging back, which then helps to accentuate those select moments when she purposefully chooses to contribute. And when she does, it usually slays, only to be further enhanced by the space around it created for it to pop for the listener/viewer.
