Now a days they add pista ,walnut ,many seeds.. oh what all dryfruits we get they add ..its not that its what is required.. so felt happy
Nice to see old lady giving tips to lactating mothers. But for today ladies, obesity is rampant. They dont want marriage, dont want to have babies. In olden days, they used to have 6 to 10 children, and still healthy and lived upto 90 years. Thanks to these kind of dishes. Hope we get our old days back.

Hello mam, nice to c ur mom. Your kitchen settings looks like traditional nd old method I feel this is the way to cook by sitting on the ground..please make a video to educate us to cook in old style of kitchen so that we can relive from leg pain especially for females
Thanks. Now a days she is not cooking on regular basis. Now our floors are tiles or marble, we stand and do all the work, use of dining table instead of sitting down, western commode, all these factors contributing to knee and foot pain. a

Yes yes for all age gp ppl it's a good tonic,instead of protinex powder ,one small size laddu we can eat, during monsoon we usually make,we don't put water to make paaka,lil tuppa and jaggery,those laddus wl be crispy,she has explained very well , TNX padmakka

Pls 🙏 tell me I have made all ur receipes menthye gojju, huridittu, manjo puliyogare ... i am really very very thankful to u amma and swayampaaka team. U r doing wonderful job teaching us all

My daughter is 22, but still she suffer from stomach pain, I give her this - boil 3 to 4 dates, little ginger in 1 cup of water, once it is cooked, add little sugar, let it boil for 1 to 2 minutes. Let her eat and drink the water. This remedy helps my daughter every time. Also talk to any good ayurveda doctor, they may help as well.
@@SwayamPaaka In tamil we call pulla petha lehyam - in Ayurvedic shop we get all raw materials it in bulk and powder etc.. use ghee, honey etc. But as per sastras eating gum is prohibited. In TN we (Brahmanas)don't use any gum (except hingua or perungayam). Garlic/Onion lehyam only for new mothers :)

I eat antu gum as chocolate it is useful in kneepain and many problems .
