Great vid. My trade-in money came through today on my Nikon kit so finance wise with a little (ok BIG) help with the credit card I'm ready to put the order in but for my needs as a coffee shop, walk round the town and holiday shooter I should get the X-T5 even the 50 but I'm a complete sucker for the tech and I know I'll always be thinking of the X-H2. I've never used a camera to any extent with manual dials and I just don't know how I'd get on with them long term, that and me coming off the Nikon DSLR then I think the controls of the X-H2 would suit me better. Oh and if Fuji could drop the hyphen from the model number. It got boring a long time ago for me using the on screen upper keyboard shift crap on the Tablet to get the hyphen 😉😅
@@darrenrichards4840 I love the manual dial cameras. I find I just enjoy using them more. They remind me of film days and my Nikon FE. But for a real workhorse where you need to make quick adjustments on the go cameras like the X-H2, Z6iii, S5ii shine for example. That being said, the X-T5 is smaller and can do anything the X-H2 can with a few less video features. In the end the result on either would be fantastic. Cheers!
I agree both the XH2/S body's should have had dual Cfexpress cards; not those slow shitty SD cards, as for the PC sync terminal yes we still need it, when your at an event with everyone using wireless triggers and other devises the radio interference can cause misfires and strobes firing for no reason, a cable is 100% reliable. My mate shooting with Z6 had a hot shoe failure, if he had a PC sync terminal the option would have been there to connect the speed light via a short cable.
@@daveboyle5751 good to know! My events were mostly weddings as a photographer so I've never had a need for it. Cheers!! Dual CF Express would be even better although they are pricey, they are so fast.
@@wesleystreetshots I think the price for CFexpress cards is on par with UHS-II SD cards now which are still a long way behind the speed and reliability of CFexpress cards, I know a few people that have put SD cards in the wrong way and low light events and damaged the body pins, not possible with CFexpress cards. Personal preference I guess.
Agere om the 16-80 f4… the worst Fuji-original lens purchase I ever made ! It lives in the cupboard with a Viltrox (POS), and two Sigma Art lenses (also crap!)…

Great comment. I am with you in the “sucker for tech” camp 😂

Had me cracking up. Mine lives at KEH these days. HAHA!
What are the Viltrox and Sigma lenses you speak of?
Overpriced bricks
