As an American the pride I got from Tina is immense. She lives in me, but to see the world just love her--wow. She may have been an American, but she has always belonged to the world. That was such a wonderful tribute I wish she could have seen it. I am all choked up--just beautiful
Well tbh with u, she chose Europe and London because of how she got treated in America. It was uk that made her a worldwide artist on her own, she loved it dearly even chose London to start her musical.
She was an even bigger name in Europe actually. Her concerts set records in ticket sales, plus she was a Swiss citizen by the end. So many different variety and entertainment shows across Europe have paid tributes to her on her passing, you can just see the love and admiration they had for her.
What a spectacular dance routine, at last an explosive routine to celebrate Tina Turners contribution to music. It makes the current music appear SO tame, a wonderful performance by all the dancers, and the singers were superb too !

Didn't know it existed let alone for decades. ❤ every minute of it. It opened my eyes to the world of music beyond our borders. First k-pop then j-pop on to Thailand. It's an amazing adventure and I'm just getting started.

Claudia and Tess hosted this event and with all the pros dancing to the Tina Turner songs, that artist who died seven months ago was a living legend thank to Ike and the girls.....What a performance......

His name is Jake Leigh. He’s been a backing dancer on Strictly for Blackpool & Musical Weeks since 2014. The past 3 years he’s been an assistant choreographer to Jason Gilkison & danced in all the pro dances in 2021. Jake has also danced in every Strictly Live Tour (every January & February) since 2015 too. You’ll see Jake in more pro dances as the series progresses & he’ll have helped choreograph a few of them too ❤️ Jake is my favourite professional dancer, he’s just amazing 🥰
Jake is brilliant he can dance such a variety & 😮has been Kylie, Spice Girls & I think Madonna's backing tour dancer for years love he comes back to Strictly
@@suzywilliams6610 Jake has never toured with Madonna but he has toured with Kylie a couple of times & Spice Girls ❤️ Not only is Jake a very versatile dancer but also a great assistant choreographer (I’m sure he’ll be a choreographer in the future) & dance captain too ✨ But more importantly Jake is one of the loveliest people, you could possibly meet 🥰
Giovanni was injured at the time 😔 The 2 male pros you didn’t recognise are Jake Leigh & Arduino Bertoncello, they were assistant choreographers for this number & stepped in ❤ You will see Jake & Arduino in a lot of the pro dances this series 🥰
