To be honest, it's bloody clever, I'm currently half way through my prostate cancer treatment. 37 appointments for me. Then all done. It's saved my life
I had this done in February of 2016 for cancer and it was not bad for me at all. But it screwed up my cell phone and I didn't know about how much it ruined my own cell phone, it called 911 5 different times. So if you have this done live your cell phone at home.
Sir can you please explain what is the safe position of gantry and mlc's when machine is off

I can try. I guess it depends on the actual machine. For example, Varian TrueBeam has a gantry = 120 degrees and a collimator = 90 degrees as safe angles. For the collimator, it is because of gravity force. In this rotation, it won't affect the leaves of MLC. As for the gantry - it is just a precaution in case of some damage (rupture of some tube due to high pressure) and some liquid leakage. In this position, the liquid is less likely to damage more parts.
