I have 12v, 3cells in series with bms borad ,how can i use this indicator

When i connect this to 3S BMS 20A i can't get output voltage on bms, shows 1.6V
3 batteries connected + to - to get 12.6V for router WIFI.

12v battey for short 4s connector , but u have 6 cell how its connect series or parallel ?
