@Mike Freeney This performance has its charm for late-stage SATB but lets not kid ourselves here. The live version with the original lineup absolutely blows this out of the water.
This is pure punk, velvet underground vibe and the energy is startling. Sadly, this level is no longer sustained, but it is a privilege to experience this in the more recent past x
You are right. It is not even a "different" or "special" version. This is just not good enough. If people compare with versions of 1978 and 1979 they will say the same. On this video they seem to be in their forties.
This live version is so raw and in my opinion the best version of this classic
They sound like some tribute band to the Morris/McKay line up.

I like this version and also like Morris/McKay version, I may have a problem.
I love this live version. Rawness.
I love Severin's bass sound.

She looks so awesome in that siouxt!
I think its Vivienne Westwood…
Favorite version
This is amazing
Ouvi o the scream no spotify,é o disco mais pesado da banda!
Shocking shit ...McKay must be pissing his side's laughing
The scream é um excelente disco.
Best version ever ❤❤
It's rubbish.
One day I'm feeling total the next I'm split in two.
My eyes are doing somersaults staring at my shoe.
I adore her and the band, but years of cigarettes have 'nulled' her voice! dx
Yeah… the choices we make.
It’s good but live in the very early 80s this was just so much more visceral.
What year is this from?
The guitars and drums sound like early Misfits
Agreed, since her voice is more deeper and Huskies they dropped the notes to a lower format so it would match her voice. Still sounds amazing
não gostei a voz da siouxie ta esquisita prefiro o do album
Sue just missing the high notes . Bit awful really .
Sioux* that's how I know you're not a real fan

Hate to say it but I agree, the high notes really bring the urgency and tension that the song demands. It shouldn't be performed live without.
