      Hi Sunil,
No, a phone cannot be tracked with UWB because UWB technology is not included in a cell phone. There are several form factors for UWB tags from small to large. Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) systems can track a cell phone using the Bluetooth that is built in to current cell phones. Standard BLE would track a phone or BLE tag in zones, however, we do have a system that can track the device with very accurate location, within as small as a 3ft range, using a custom BLE.

Hi Sharath, it’s not possible to charge an active RFID tag yet, although some have replaceable batteries. Active RFID tag batteries can last 3 to 5 years. There are many tag shapes to choose from, but which one works best for you depends on your solution needs. To talk through your use case with an AB&R specialist, reach out at abr.com/contact
