Bro you should set your music audio up on a different track through obs. That way you can download recordings from twitch with full game audio but the music is gone. It’s what I use and it is super nice.
If they are stronger lvl 1 then you gotta give them push - the key is to look for cs but don't take too much damage to the point where you're vulnerable to a dive. Just let them crash the wave and then slow push back into them, should be strong enough to trade once you are slow pushing the wave back

btw if they dont attack the wave and they play passive bc they are noob you can get push and thats pretty huge
