Sir, in private(semi government) BAMS seat leaving penalty aaccording to CET cell brouchre is 3 Lacs but many people say college forced us to pay complete fees of 4.5 years then in that situation what to do, if we are going to leave that college in next 5-6 months when we get excellent score in NEET
