Привет из Германии… Парень молодец!!! Меня всегда удивляло то, что сначала ремонтируют внутри дома, а потом крышу!!! Вся грязь с крыши летит на чистый дом внутри!! А этот парень правильно сделал : сначала крышу, а потом остальное!!! Молодец!!❤

I have watched hundreds of these ''renos''...This one is by far the best that I've seen...between the young man's skill and the location and scenery and efforts made by him makes this video the best I've seen....Mike in Maine USA
Of all the renovations I have seen, this is the first time I see the roof being restored before than everything else as it should be, and he did it on his own, same goes to the rest of the house, to bad none of these show until the end, nevertheless I admire their body strength and determination to complete a task with few tools. What I most ❤ of all is where the house is located, the fish pond, and the bridge he had to cross, a beautiful scenery shown by the drone, is amazing.
The Man is doing a Great Job and has some really nice Finish work. But that metal Frame is going to rust out in about 10 years time or so... I mean he didn't paint that steel and he lives next to the water.... Even if its galvanized its still going to rust out. that moisture will kill it.
Why don't these grandchildren keep it good and functional while the grandparents are alive .Nealy all these videos the grandparents seem to have lived in squalor 😢
Wenn dein Augenlicht erst mal kaputt ist wegen der Schweißarbeiten ohne Schutzbrille hast du nichts mehr von all dem Schönen, was du gebaut hast! Die wenigen Ausgaben sollten nicht ins Gewicht fallen.
