it wont be reloaded. But if u drop ur minigun and leave the game, u can still see the minigun in storage > limited section. so if u drop ur old minigun and then replace with the new one in the storage, its ammo will be refilled

There is no way to get 4k bullets in game, but to get ammo, find ammo boxes from the building, but ammo boxes are only 20.
to reset 4K bullets go to the storage from lobby and unequip the golden minigun and equip the minigun
