Instead of boiling the apple which may dilute the apples' taste, can we dry roast it in the microwave ? The taste might become richer and creamier.

I tried the blender but it became too much sweet .. i think it is better to boil it as it will also protect against apple oxidation and chane of the tast. I think i will try to cook it a bet

This was the worst cake I tried. I searched for this video to leave a comment
Apple and dark chocolate boil and melt them then blend both and freeze them
On the spot it doesn't taste that good but once u completely cool it down it tastes heavenly.. I also added like a layer of crushed biscuits ( I added krack jack) on the bottom until it was flat and smooth on the baking tray. Then added the mixture and let it cool for about 3 hrs and it turned out perfect.. I was trying to give a slight touch of cheesecake by adding a thin layer of crushed biscuits

As for cutting the cake , u can just dip ur knife into a hot water then wipe . u can properly cut the cake with knife like this , hope this helps 😊

Recipe was good.. but instead of boiling the apple you can steam it.. so that it won't lose the nutrients in the apple.. while boiling all the nutrients goes to boiling water.. we ate only the pulp.. think once
