@@thenutcracker7045 That's not true, actually if the cream doesn't freeze properly and is too warm it'll cause the ice cream to fold and not really roll correctly. If you need defrost to make rolls properly due to the cream sticking too hard, then the temperature of the plate is probably too cold.
