“Eshgh Manam” by Behzad Khoshmashrab

Baha’i Blog’s “Studio Sessions” is an initiative where we invite Baha’is and their friends from around the world to come into a studio and share the Baha’i Writings put to music.
In this Baha’i Blog Studio Session, Behzad Khoshmashrab sings “Eshgh Manam” in Persian. It is based on a poem by Mansour Hallaj which is cited in a prayer by Abdu’l-Baha revealed in honor of a Persian prince who was totally enamoured with the love of God and who taught the Faith constantly and audaciously until the end of his life.

Allah Ul Abha .Absolutely one the greatest voices to chant Bahá’í prayers. Your violin playing is fantastic but your voice has so many instruments already built in that really even without playing any musical instruments, your voice alone has a full orchestra in it. I have been studying the violin for two years now. And I just found the Bahá'í Faith. I was kind of depressed that I could not find any Bahá'í violin music. I was wondering why. Would I never be able to play with anyone else in the faith. Now to find the sheet music.
