Alway great to see you practicing your cooking methods. As for the shelves at the local stores, I have not found them constantly short stocked. If you were to go on the wrong days or at the wrong time you will find items sold out. You have to ask the store employees when their trucks are scheduled during the week and then allow time for the stocking personnel to get everything out on the shelves. Most of the time they will offer to see if items are in the back and they will bring the items out to you. Keep up the great job you do. Stay healthy, stay safe and keep living your dreams. I bought bleach. LOL!! Smoke just blanketed me for almost 2 weeks. I was getting a little smoke from the Pine Gulch Fire, but I'm only about 25 miles away from the Grizzly Creek Fire that shut down I-70. Last week I saw a lightning strike which started another fire about 6 miles from my house. I was able to call that one in and stay put and keep eyes on it till the Brush & Tinder crews showed up and got the aerial crews on it. That only got to 9 acres. Finally started clearing up a bit and getting a little rain.
