not him, it was the universe that was too fast because of his abilities which caused the universe to reset due to the fact that once a universe gets too big it resets

Pucci stand , Made in heaven has the ability to accelerate time so fast untill inanimate objects quickly rust or deteriorate if the time acceleration resches a certain point the universe resets but people that are alive will not change but people who died will , for example : your dead grandpa is suddenly alive but you remember that he was dead and his personality and looks changed

time stop is actually just star platinum / the world manipulating gravity in a way. im not smart enough to explain it, but made it heaven has control over the entire universes gravity, and in consequent can make himself immune to star platinums time stop

at placmant puchi throws knifes and the reson why its yellow bc his stand spweded up knifes to light speed
Puchi IS so fast that even on the jotaro time stop It can move slowly
The time accel helped with that and also ended faster as the time accelerated faster
He can’t move during time stop, the only thing that can happen is the time stop being shorter due to time being acclerated
I got Pucci 7 star in 20 minutes it cost me 50 stardust to get Pucci in general
i dont even know if i can catch up i still dont have 1 7 star plus its very very hard now
