Try sticking to easy songs (SONGS, not difficulty) and try changing your settings to see which one works best for u
Like downscroll, middle scroll and etc
Overall just keep playing your favorite songs, maybe try a harder song to get a little taste and keep improving

And then when you have a high streak, someone gets hurt (for some reason) and decides to end your streak by either choosing a super unfair song OR just straight up exploit and use an Auto Player (which the game would punish you almost instantly if you dared to use one. But after they updated it, now its like they don't give a funk)
