Silly question but do you have to beat the game to start new game +? I assume you are on new game + due to the weapon buffs you get.
How do gain elevation (or not lose any) by constantly taking out the paraglider? Also, how do you gain so much speed shield surfing away? I've tried looking up these strats but no has both of these.

This is truly easy mode. Get all strongest weapon right at the beginning of the game. Many times Stronger than any weapon in real game. Making all number in a game double doesn’t make it harder. And the way you shot arrow, you really suck.
