Not truee. Listen to the background vocals of NMIXX songs, the harmonies and adlibs are insane. Not because people dislike their songs doesn't mean their vocal capability is not showcased.
They do show their members abilities, and if you don't like the songs there are the covers and if you don't like the covers and songs in studio you can listen to them live and if you don't like them live there are literally videos of their raw vocals in the recording studios. Music doesn't have to be appealing to you to be good, but at least you can be objective and admit that their songs require skill to be performed, especially considering the choreos
