Simple Napa Soup
This Napa Cabbage soup is so easy to make. You can have it by itself or with rice. Try it and you might like it. 💕
Ingredients and Recipes
▪️ Ground Pork - 500g
▪️ Shrimps - 200g
▪️ Egg - 1x
▪️ Garlic - 4 cloves
▪️ Green Onion - 3x
▪️ Oyster Sauce - 1 Tbsp
▪️ Chicken Powder- 1 tsp
▪️ Sugar - 2 tsp
▪️ Fish Sauce - 1 Tbsp
▪️ Ground Pepper - 1/2 tsp
▪️ Sesame Oil - 1 Tbsp
- with this meat recipe, you can make the soup twice. I used half to make soup and the other half to make pork patties. It is best if you store in the refrigerator over night so the meat can firm up a bit better.
▪️ Water - 2.5L
▪️ Salt - 1 Tbsp
▪️ Sugar - 1 Tbsp
▪️ Chicken Powder - 1 Tbsp
▪️ Half portion of meat that mix above
▪️ Carrot - 1x ( can put more if like )
▪️ Napa Cabbage - 1lb
▪️Green onion for topping ( as much as you like )
